Dr. Steve Spencer is truly a treasure. I came to Steve when I started horseback riding lessons and couldn't balance to save my life. After the adjustments with Dr Steve, I have absolutely noticed my posture improved, my pain decreased, my shoulders relaxed, and my mood, sense of well being and confidence have all improved. I have no problem with my balance any longer and can regularly enjoy my sport. He once told me "once your spine is aligned, your life will align" and that could not be more true. I've noticed every area of my life align, including my social and romantic life (I know it sounds odd but it's true!) I have also taken the doctor's advice on my stomach issues for which he recommended PUROVA supplements and sunlight that helped immensely. I no longer have to rely on HCl supplements with every meal which is huge. I'm so grateful to have been able to be a patient of his, I recommend Pro Touch to everyone looking to actually resolve their back issues, not just get a back cracking like at other chiropractors. He's extremely knowledgeable and has a plethora of services for good holistic health that go beyond just bodywork. I can't recommend it enough. Dr Steve is incredible! His techniques and knowledge are unlike anything I’ve seen or experienced! Went from severe pain and immobility back to a highly trained athlete in 15 months! His abilities to solve ANY medical or structural problems are off the charts! His diet, and spiritual healing abilities are unmatched! I try to send everyone I love there but most don’t believe how incredible I describe Dr Steve!

Steve helped me tremendously . Saved me from getting a back surgery. The chiro that helped me made me worst , wasted 6 months and dr stated surgery Immediately, I said no. I met Dr. Steve and had a consultation. First day of adjustment I got better. Within 2 weeks I was much much better. I was back in the gym with no pain. Thanks to Dr.Stephen Spencer.

A friend recommended me to to Steven. I had been suffering my whole life from severe childhood trauma. I had tried everything to get better healthier and be less tripped up in life. Nothing I tried had any lasting improvement. I had finally reached a point of complete despair and hopelessness. All I can say is that after one session my life was completely altered in an amazing way. It’s like I have a brand new soul and I really needed one. I don’t know how he did it and frankly it doesn’t matter how. All that matters is that I have a life now that I can move forward with.

I have struggled for many years to get to the root cause of my ill health. Dr Stephen Spencer seems to have an intuitive knowing of where to look and the steps needed to clear my body of blockages. Here is one example. I have struggled with allergies my entire life. This overactive histamine response in my body has lead to a plethora of chronic issues. Very quickly Dr. Stephen identified what the blockage was and cleared it. Within an hour my eyes stopped itching, my nose stopped running the brain fog started to clear and I feel amazing! After coming to Dr. Spencer for a back injury with lots of pain and instability, I saw immediate improvement in just the first session with my posture and pain free range of motion. I came to Dr. Spencer a few weeks ago and I could not even turn my head left or right without pain. The middle of my back was throbbing all day and no matter how much I iced my back, it still hurt. I would toss and turn all night and because of my lack of sleep, it was starting to effect me at work. I went to a chiropractor once before and I didn’t like it. After just a few weeks with Dr. Spencer, I can turn my head left and right with no pain. My sleep is better, and I am feeling back to my normal self. Steve actually cared about my back injury and knew exactly what to do. I don’t trust going to anyone else because he knows the human body more than any other doctor I’ve ever known. If you’re in pain with joints or nerves or whatever, you need to go to Pro Touch Rehabilitation!
