Was able to make an appointment day-of and was seen at my appointment time - no wait!Douglas was very friendly, considerate, and thorough. Overall, a great experience and would recommend to anyone (who can afford the $200 membership fee). And my insurance covered the visit! Thanks Douglas!

Gorgeous location, clean large rooms and friendly staff in a great location. Right next to a Whole Foods if you’re getting your self care and errands done in one trip.

I've been a member of One Medical since 2016 and can't recommend them enough. It is membership based Primary Care but the membership fee is well worth it. The level of care I've received has been amazing! Everyone in the office from front desk, doctors, and lab technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! The doctor's appointments have set timeframes so you're never rushed and never left waiting to see the doctor. They also utilize the best digital tools (especially with patient communication) so they are extremely easy to reach and get answers on specific care. I'm a firm believer in One Medical and highly recommend anyone looking for a dedicated Primary Care doctor and team :)

I decided to try One Medical this year and I'm really glad I did. I really like the approach, the people, the process, and the app. I had my first check-up about 2 months ago. I scheduled it very easily on the website. I received a few questionnaires before my visit. I normally don't like these because I don't think anyone looks at them. But not here. The NP I saw had read thru them all. We talked about the questions I had put down which was super helpful. The appointment was so different from any of the other check-ups I've had. Since then I went back in for some lab work and shots. Again, the visit couldn't have been better. The staff is great and I'll continue to come here for my health care.

The doctor was very nice, but you have to pay $200.00 out of pocket for a “membership fee“ to go to the doctor. Wouldn’t recommend One Medical at all for that reason.
