Incredibly unprofessional – made promise after promise on deadlines and missed every one (“the week got away from me”) without even advance notice. Finally delivered materials 2 months late. Made incorrect accounting calculations that we caught – not exactly what you want from an accounting firm.In summary, if you’re looking for a firm who never meets a deadline, doesn’t provide great accuracy, and doesn’t care about customer satisfaction, this is the accounting firm for you.
