I had a fantastic experience with the team at Metro Storage from start to finish! I needed short-term storage with some flexibility, and they quickly set me up with a perfect 10x10 unit that accommodated all my belongings. The facility is impeccably clean and climate-controlled, and having everything on one level made moving in and out a breeze.
When I found a new place, my moving date fell just two days after my monthly renewal. I reached out to the Metro Storage team, and they kindly pro-rated my fees for those two extra days, saving me from paying for a full month.
While I don’t anticipate needing storage in the near future, I wholeheartedly recommend this facility for anyone looking for a reliable and accommodating storage solution!

Rented unit over phone and completed paperwork process via email. All went smoothly without any problems. Staff at Deerfield location are professional and always courteous. I’ve used this location for years without any issues.

I've been at Metro self storage in Bannockburn for the past year. The team here is awesome! Deirdre and Joe were really helpful, accommodative and professional. Pretty much my storage consultants! . I had a great 10x20 unit that was super clean with easy exterior access.

I want to give a shout out to Joe and Deirdre. A lot of other storage lockers feel like really impersonal places to be used during transience but they treat me like a neighbor; not just a renter. They are responsive, knowledgeable and welcoming; and they take seriously my safety and the safety of my possessions.

Can’t say enough about the excellent service provided by Tom at Metro Self Storage in Bannockburn. I’ve had to use a lot of different storage facilities over the past 18 years, and in many different parts of the US, and Tom is one of the most knowledgeable and helpful managers I’ve ever dealt with. This is a relatively new, upscale facility where I’ve had several spaces of varying size. If you’re looking for great advice about deciding which space would work best and how to get the most out of it, Tom will patiently explain your options and go above and beyond to get you into the right unit for your needs. Also a shout out to Dierdre, who is equally helpful and kind. Like all storage facilities, the corporate hierarchy decides the rates and increases, but you can be sure that Tom and Dierdre will help you get real value out of your unit.
