I would strongly suggest you use a different cleaner who will take better care of your stuff. I brought a small area rug in to be cleaned over 1 month ago. Every time I inquire about the status the gentleman says I have the "wrong number." It's impossible to get through to him. I have photo documentation of the ticket and rug, but I cannot even get an answer of where the rug is or when it will be ready. The gentleman tries to convince me that I dropped the rug at a different cleaner despite the evidence I provide him. It's confusing and frustrating. At this point I have to assume that he lost it and I'm never getting it back.

I brought my pants in for dry cleaning And there was a little bit of wearing in the corner of the back pocket where my wallet sits. Not a hole but you could tell it was a little bit worn, nothing noticeable. They told me I needed to patch it so I took their suggestion and said OK. Please see photo for how they were “fixed”. I would’ve rather thrown them out than pay $30 For pants that I still now have to throw out when they could’ve gone a few more months for sure. When I told the owner (who was the one who made the original suggestion) that this was not acceptable and would like it fixed again she proceeded to argue with me telling me “this is the best way!” And was so incredibly rude. She refused to try and make it better. So if anyone is looking for a great pair of pants that are now unwearable, they’ll be in the trash.

This dry cleaner does all work in house, and has made a point to spot treat very delicate items when I bring them with extra issues. They have also tailored many vintage dresses for me and a costume with rhinestones. They do a great job!

Brought a dress in to be altered. She pinned it and sent it out for the work to be done. I guess they don't do the work in house. Got the dress back and it was still too big in the sides and not even shortened. She argued with me and told me that it is perfect and she would not send it back for more work. I was truly baffled. Telling me that what I want (what I am paying for!) is not right. Never in my life have I experienced such terrible customer service. And she wouldn't even discount it. I paid $70 and had to take it somewhere else. . I have been taking my dry cleaning here for 3+ years. These places are a dime a dozen so I would want to hold onto every customer I can. I guess they don't need the business Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.Service: Alterations

I live in Milwaukee and bring my dry cleaning to Lee's Hana Lei. I love them. They are basically family.
