Customer service,very rude lady.
Had 2 winning instant lottery tickets to cash and she said "it's not a winner"and she refused to give it back to me ....
The ticket was for $50.
Manager helped me with that and thanked her.
It would be nice for them to say "I'm sorry"....

This is the closest grocery store for me. The staff is very rude at times. They don't seem to care about the customers. Also they have a lot of expired products still on the shelf. Two of the employees were having a conversation and were blocking the aisle. I said excuse me and they just continued talking like I was invisible. ?

Clipped coupons in the app. Budgeting. The Hagen Dasz is 2.99, limit 2 pints with coupon at check out. They charged me 4.99 and the coupon took off only 1 dollar per pint. So I just paid 10 bucks for 2 pints 12 Oz per pint.

We can get All to varieties of food items
Everything is properly arranged and each section has name boards on the topic which helps with the items the section has and the prices are also good and
If we have membership of Osco then we will give more benefit as they give discount on certain products only to account holders and there certain more privileges toooo

I'm an Uber driver and I shop here all the time for customers using the self check out lane when it's a small order. The entire time I was there ruby was staring me down like I was attempting to steal something. She even checked my bags too and STILL continued to stare me down. Not everybody is a thief. I would never do that, so that was a little offensive. I get it's the job but at the same time if someone steals the machine will give an error. Imagine innocently doing an order for a customer and having someone stare at your every move from 4 feet away. Not cool

Just had a pick up order there, where I was given hotdogs that were expired by two weeks, a punctured chicken stock that leaked all over my groceries and nothing but problems dealing with it. Finished with the jewel in Deerfield

First I need to share that the staff is awesome. Unfortunately I have ordered pick up 3 times with 3 problems. Today being extremely cold and having to order from a store farther away to get what I needed. I picked up my order that should have included been cut up for stew. I also ordered everything I would need to make. Well this time they gave me a pot roast " make it yourself " dinner with rotting vegetables etc. I reached out to customer service to ask for a refund that took 45 minutes of my time. They couldn't find my information etc. Yes I got the refund but didn't have the meat the I ordered. I'm amazed how many times the order comes out wrong or they substitute something that cost 3x more. Very disappointed with this location.Tried to add pictures but the app won't work ?

Jewel Osco is one of my favorite grocery store. But today i felt so unhappy with my shopping. It was my first time using the stores app and asking a question to the cashier on how does the The U coupon works. She speaks to me with tone like i am so dumb bothering her with this questions. I work as a retail manager and i never treat any of my guests with this kind of manners. She is very rude and keep raising her voice each time she talks. Why is the attitude? I tried to stay calm and smile but her response is just that I am giving her too much work just to answer a question regarding how can i claim the coupon i clipped in my app. That is just a very short and simple question. I went home wmotional since i am still having a postpartum. I am the type that i don't like to yell at people. So i just stopped smiling at her anymore and leave since she keep raising her voice to me with a face. I find it so insulting. And i get her name Angie. As soon as she notices that i didn't smile anymore and looked disappointed while staring at her name tag then she begin to behave. She is just very rude and no manners. Not fit to work in a retail especially at cashier section.

Walked up to cashier standing there with light on to check out. She tells me I have to go to another line and walks away. As I’m standing there for a minute trying to process what just happened, another employee tells me “sir, you need to go to another line” like I’m bothering them. I just left my stuff and walked out. It was a quiet Monday morning in the store. Clearly the employees are trying to keep it quiet by letting me know I’m getting in their way trying to buy things.

Lousy customer service. Tasks that are routinely performed at other Jewel locations will not be performed at this location. Another customer made the same complaint when she heard my request turned down. The produce at this location also seems to be consistently worse than other locations.
