My recent stay at this hotel left me extremely dissatisfied due to a major flaw in their HVAC system. They operate on an outdated system where the AC is shut off when temperatures dip below 55 degrees to prevent system freezing. As a result, if you're someone who relies on AC for a good night's sleep, this hotel isn't for you!Our experience was far from enjoyable, and it was particularly disappointing coming from a reputable brand like Hyatt. Needless to say, I won't be considering any other Hyatt properties in the future!It's imperative that management takes immediate action to upgrade their heating and air conditioning systems to ensure guests' comfort regardless of the weather.

Lovely clean hotel. Great room and comfortable bed. The restaurant was very good and had great food with an excellent menu choice.

Ac broken, horrible wifi method to connect. I never connected. Specifically the sign in site loops a redirect screen until it says you have no connection. Hotspot help get to wifi connection screen.

Nice place for a business trip, friendly staff. Rooms have been updated and are nice. There are a few things that are strange such as placement of light switches, but overall a good room to stay in.

The room was really nice, and it is way better than other Hyatt Regency I stayed before. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The hallway seems a little bit dirty. And they do not offer breakfast buffet when occupancy is low. The parking lot has a lot of pot holes.

No climate control, heat only in an already hot room in the winter. Worst beds on the planet. I’m 6’ 180 lbs and my waist sank 9” into the mattress. Who can sleep like this. No restaurants easily walking distance and the lobby bar is a desolate affair.

I rate hotels on sleep quality. This Hyatt is located right beside a major roadway which is great if you like city noise. Second the A/C in the hotel is the dreaded "central air" style, so if the hotel decides to shut it off at night (which they do), your room becomes the typical central air sauna. There are Hampton inn's and other cheaper options which are more secluded and have actual individual HVAC systems nearby.

One, the staff at this hotel is great and goes above and beyond. However, there are deeper rooted issues at this hotel. For one, water staining on the ceiling near the AC vent and paint peeling in the bathtub. Another thing is that when the housekeeping changed the sheets on my bed, they did not replace the mattress protector, nor did they replace the fitted sheet and the queen sized sheet that was on the bed did not fit the king sized mattress, so I woke up with my feet on the bare mattress ? also, there was no microwave in my room, and I’m sure I could’ve asked for one, but honestly I have no desire to force a worker to haul one to my room when there should already be one for convenience.

This place appears to be an aging, used to be luxury, hotel. Room only had a tiny bit of toilet paper and very little Kleenex in it. No extra rolls anywhere, not that you would want to use their sandpaper toilet paper anyway. Ran out in the night and to go buy tissue and toilet paper for our 4 day stay. Toilet runs constantly unless you remember to lift the handle back up after flushing. So if you go to the bathroom during the night, you'll get be getting up to fix it after you just got settled back in bed.Rooms: Our king suite bathroom layout was one of the poorest I've ever seen. Sliding barn door gave almost no privacy whatsoever and the sink is out in the room not inside the bathroom. Shower has a half glass wall that is difficult to use without getting water everywhere. No bed spread was provided so had to ask for a duvet from the front desk after the first night. They were also stingy with bath linens.

Had a great stay at this location. The digital check in was nice and they were able to accommodate my early check in request. The room was spacious and very nice. The carpet in my could use an update as it had collected some stains and was sticking up a little by the bathroom entrance, but ultimately didn’t take away from my experience.
