Edit*** they stole $21,000 from us and left our bathroom completely demolished. They blocked me and still will not return our money or even speak to us. BEWARE!!! They are fraudsters!!!!!
They are amazing!! We had a fire inside our wall, they came out within the hour. We needed so many repairs and they were honest and timely about them. Our home had many issues and they didn’t take advantage on pricing or anything. They did an amazing job!! Art, Diego, and Art are all awesome!

As it 10/19/2022 I will need to amend my prior review. I actually believe they have defrauded us. We hired them again after our first interaction to fully renovate our bathroom. It had been such a good first experience, I really trusted them to do our bathrooms. They took $21,000 of our money and left us with a totally gutted bathroom and some items they had purchased for the bathroom remodel. We have had a bathroom and toilet sitting in our family room for months now. We had 2 contacts that we had talked to. Art and Diego. Neither of them will respond to texts anymore and are now ghosting us. We have called and texted repeatedly and they will not return our calls or contact us. Even to get the tools they left at our home. We currently have no working showers in the home. They have taken our money and offered no explanation. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! We are now forced to try to get our money back through legal means and it is so frustrating and disappointing!! Please do not give them your money!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are the biggest set of scammers. Now im here pregnant and this man Art has caused so much stress in my life. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. They come into you home, seemingly polite and professional, over price you for the job, do some of the job and vanish. The guy Art is the master mind.I hired him to do a breaker installation, he called and said the wires in my new home are messed up it needs a full rewire, me the first time home buyer said okay, I don't want to have unsafe wires, let me take the advice from the "professional "., oh was I wrong. I hired him in July, paid him and its now September and the job is still incomplete. I have to be using a flash light in some of my rooms. We agreed that he would take half of the money then the rest when the job is finished. Nope, he called asking for money for this part, money for that part, we were like WOWWWW, didnt we say when it done. Because we wanted to move in and get ride of him we gave him money for the parts. I feel like I was held up and robbed from inside my own home. I tell you DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Art is a scammer. I have no idea how he sleeps knowing that he is such a bed perso. Now tell me, is this someone you would hire??????? Do so at your own risk but im.telling you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.Services: Electrical fuse changing

Do not use this company for any electrical services especially for a major install. The Electrician Art did not complete the job and left live wires exposed and hazardous. Also after multiple attempts to contact him to complete and resolve the issue I was given the run around of excuses. I paid the company 26k for and incomplete job. Please don’t use this company for any electrical work on a major project.Service: Electrical wiring installation

DO NOT TRUST ART. CREDIT CARD FRAUD!!! Art and another gentleman (don't remember his name) came by and replaced a light fixture for an emergency exit. Upon payment of said services he took the liberty to rack up over $1100 in unauthorized charges to my credit card.Service: Light fixture repair

Great experience, the whole crew came in on a Saturday night around 2 am, which I had called around 12 when the power initially got cut off. They were very fast in coming and installing a brand new service meter. They worked great with comed side by side and they brought a generator so we could keep some medical devices running and run some space heaters which made our night a lot less stressful. BE CAREFUL if doing business with H Services Electric in Bannockburn. THE COMPANY STOLE OUR $$ AND DISAPPEARED. My family had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with them! Previously they had done an electric job for us that was satisfactory. The brothers: Art and Diego are an electrician/plumber team. So, we called them to fix a leak from an upstairs bathroom and they suggested a complete overhaul/remodel of the bathroom because of mold, they needed to replace ALL the plumbing, fixtures, lighting, fans, etc. THEY NEEDED MONEY UP-FRONT to get the supplies, we agreed, but NO CONTRACT WAS OFFERED OR SIGNED. They were supposed to start work in early October, THEY NEVER SHOWED UP, NEVER CAME TO DO THE WORK and stopped responding to phone calls. They gave no response to the Better Business Bureau. Also, no reply to our credit card company. DO YOU THINK THEY WOULD EVEN SHOW UP AT COURT FOR A SMALL CLAIMS CASE? Just more WASTE OF TIME and energy. Anyway, even if successful, I can only collect $10,000, THEY CHEATED US OUT OF A LOT MORE THAN THAT, sad to say. PLEASE don't tell me how d*** we are, we already know. This is just a warning to those who use google searches to obtain professional services, we should have asked around to some friends.

I had a terrible experience with H Services Electric. The technician, Arthur, quoted me $50 over the phone but ended up charging me $100 after only a 5 minute service - got nothing out of it. To make matters worse, they never sent me an itemized invoice, never followed through with the promised refund of $50 and even more frustrating is that Arthur ignores my text messages. Furthermore, Arthur quoted me $15,000 to fix the issue, but after contacting ComEd, they were able to fix it for free. This made me question the integrity of their business practices. I would not recommend this company to anyone, they are not only dishonest but also incompetent.

I chose "Service not listed" because they never came to complete the work. Arturo Hernandez Uribe and his partner Diego Hernandez led me on for months that they would complete a meter replacement on my property, but was having challenges with Comed. When I got involved, Comed set a date based on H Services timeline to turn off power and Arturo sent hospital images of his wife claiming he could not complete the job because of her emergency. He stated he would return my deposit of $890 that still has not been returned. They continued to claim it was in the mail, but unable to provide evidence even though I asked prior for them to mail with tracking. Never use H Services HDZ LLC, HDZ plumbing, H Electrical, any business with Diego Hernandez, or Arturo Hernandez Uribe are part of. or a business that uses email address hservicess00@gmail.com or the address 2549 Waukegan Rd #331, Bannockburn, IL. They also falsely use the address 2549 Waukegan Rd Deerfield, Il with the State of Illinois. The business does not appear to be on BBB, but if it is I will be filing a complaint there as well. I am turning over all documentation with my attorney and will be taking them to small claims court. I may be pressing criminal charges for fraud. If you want me to provide images or text message proof of my claims I will gladly send you copies.

Most dishonest and inefficient company. Art quoted an amount for installing 3 thermostats in my home and once they started the work - doubled the quote. Six months later I find out that they were not installed properly after paying $1500. I called repeatedly asking them to come and fix the problem but they kept promising to come and never showed up. Do not hire these people unless you want to be cheated and given the runaround.
