Great hotel. The free breakfast includes an omelet bar. The grand hotel atrium is wide open and warm.

One of my favorite places to stay on the Northside. The staff are great, clean facilities and comfortable rooms. They do a free/ discounted drink and snack happy hour which is fantastic. No worries about going hungry with their on site restaurant.

Great rooms, fantastic staff. Peloton is broken though, so wouldn't mind that getting repaired sooner than later...

The hotel itself is super nice the staff is friendly and helpful. But the pool has an extreme amount of chlorine in it. I was sitting in the hot tub and my eyes were BURNING crying I wasn’t dunking my head in the water. My husbands eyes started to burn and he never even got in. He was sitting in a chair right by the jacuzzi. My 2 children were jumping in the pool and playing. When we left their eyes were so extremely irritated they were bright red and crying. My oldest could barely open his eyes this was a terrible experience you guys need to fix this issue. OR GET BETTER VENTILATION. Oh and almost forgot our room window was leaking rain water. Room 230 the mold that grows is probably insane. We did not stay the night.

Upon check in everything seemed okay even though the rooms were outdated and looked to still need cleaning. We slept the first night and I was itching and just thought I was allergic to the fabric on the sheets or the pool water was off but little did I know they have bed bugs. I have too many bites and the kids have bites as well. I also think there was some prejudice staff workers. They kept telling our kids to get out the hot tub but letting the other kids get in and not saying nothing to anybody else. I will never be back. I’m not sure who’s doing the reviews but a 4 star hotel is not what this establishment should be marked as… it’s bed bug city around there.

Excellent hotel, you get a free drink before 7pm check-in, and the breakfast was really great. There is even a station where they can make you eggs any way you like or they can make you any omelet. See pic. Room was excellent and spacious too.

This is the best place I can stay in. Nicole and Rick are one the best employees and Manager I have met. They helped with all my needs, make sure my hotel stay is comfortable and offer extra help if needed. I go here for the SERVICE.. one of the best! Real comment here.

Stayed at this hotel twice a couple of weeks apart. Had a small issue each time (1 with heating and the other with the bathroom) and both times the issue was resolved right away after notifying the front desk. The rooms are a bit outdated though. The hotel offers 2 complimentary drinks each night as well as complimentary breakfast which is a plus.As far as service goes, James the bartender, was amazing every time we went to the restaurant there. He has a great personality, was accommodating, and his drinks were mixed to perfection. Even if we didn’t stay at the hotel, we would go back to the restaurant just because of him. All in all, we would stay here again.

Great hotel. The hotel is tucked away in a business park, right off the expressway. The hotel is well maintained and managed. Rooms were very clean, and modern. Breakfast was outstanding.

The Embassy Suites by Hilton in Chicago Deerfield has its pros and cons. On the positive side, its proximity to the Navy bootcamp graduation is a major convenience for families attending the event. Breakfast was good. However, the downside becomes apparent when you step into the rooms—the dated decor and need for repairs leave much to be desired. The surroundings are less than ideal, with vacant buildings nearby, and the neighborhood isn't the best. The abundance of signs disclaiming responsibility for vehicle break-ins adds a concerning note to the overall experience. It's a mixed bag—great for location but lacking in the ambiance and safety department.

My wife and I were checked in by Abraham, an absolutely amazing person, he was pleasant, welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient, he managed to get us checked in fast while answering questions from a tourist, (I'm the tourist) lol ? he is truly a great guy, definitely an asset to the company. Made the check-in process fun and fast, we're already off to a great vacation.....Thanks!!!!

The rooms were nice, spacious, clean, & comfortable. WiFi okay but spotty in some parts of the suite. Room Heat stays at 63° regardless of settings hot or cold. The only thing that one could actually adjust was that fan speed.Safety: Not the closest to Chicago, but we were going to a function on the North Side, so not too far, but traffic was okay considering. Up here in Deerfield is very safe for the Chicagoland area these days. Take care driving about, speed limits change abruptly seeming for local revenue gathering via radar.Food & drinks: They gave us coupons for free drinks but they only were good for cheap wine and Bud. Not really worth much. The free evening food was pretty lame. The free breakfast, however, was pretty good, though they didn't do much to clean the tables between guests.

Very nice staff, although I was confused as a Diamond Member because prior to arrival I was getting emails to “upgrade my stay” for a fee but when I asked for available upgrades at check in the gentleman said it was a “suite” hotel so there was nothing to upgrade. The rooms are very comfortable. Love the view with wide open windows. The main struggle the entire time was heating & cooling. I had a maintenance person spend a good 20 minutes explaining the hotel’s system because I was freezing. (The coils were in fact not heating.) Unlike some hotels, if you’re trying to change the temperature in your room, you have to give it at least an hour. Then Chicago had an outside temperature swing hotter, and my room wouldn’t cool off the next two days. I was miserable as well as many others traveling in my group. The onsite restaurant and bar was good. A limited menu but the shrimp scampi was excellent.
