I almost had a hard time riding on the highway all day due to a sudden car problem. It was a lucky day thanks to the friendly staff. This shop is run by a person who is not only knowledgeable about cars but also has a warm heart. Even the image of the Deerfield neighborhood felt good. Personally, I am glad to have found a good shop. Thank you very much for giving me a great day :)

Thank you to Rich and team for taking such great care of me! Brought my car to them based on a referral from a coworker. I was originally quoted higher from another auto shop so I wanted to see what else was out there. I am blown away by the level of professionalism, courtesy and friendliness. I was having a small issue with my car and I stopped by the closest mechanic, which was this store. They were busy but offered to quickly take a look at my car. They fixed the issue super quickly, were very knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. Super friendly and very helpful - I would highly recommend them!

I just called about a service which they weren’t able to provide, but the man on the phone was so lovely and helpful. He referred me to another location and even pulled up the number and address.It felt like I was back in my hometown with that high touch, personal care mentality. What a nice experience. I was driving yesterday with my infant and realized I had a nail in my tire. We are new to the area with the military without don’t have friends/family here so I relied on a quick google search to find a repair shop. This shop was great and got us in with a minimal wait considering it was a walk-in situation. So grateful for the kind and speedy help. Thank you.
