Friendly and knowledgeable instructors and the kickboxing classes are always fun and an awesome work out! Great for fitness and to improve skills and technique as well. Highly recommend!

Great gym with friendly, knowledgeable coaches. Good for classes and personal training, whether you're there to fight or to get a good workout. My son comes for the kids' classes and loves them--it's a very family-friendly environment. Highly recommend!

A mixed martial arts studio in Deerfield focused on delivering the best training through martial arts for fitness, self defense, confidence building and/or competition. Learn from some of the most experienced coaches in the area to safely practice, execute and benefit from techniques taught in our classes. We teach kids, teens and adults.
