It is impossible to get a person on the phone. There is no phone number for the Deerfield, IL branch other than the main 800-374-4901.The automated system says to hit "5" if it is something other than a new account, but nothing is said after doing that. I tried hitting "1" and then "0" and still nothing. This is the second day that I have tried to get a person.
I have been a customer of Chase and its predecessors for 50+ years and it has never been like this.

Deerfield branch. Especially Michael. Extremely incompetent. Listed me as dead instead of my mom ther and frozen all my accounts and refused to meet with me to help. NEVER use this branch. Extremely rude and incompetent employees. Except Marlin a windy kind employee

Either don't bank with this branch or chase at all. i was extremely upset that I couldnt get a simple follow up about the status of starting my credit line. Even after giving out personal information and documents, there was no final resolution. after filing a complaint, even that was ignored. Went to another bank and they approved me right away. Strange people work here! Sad to know that even after this review Chase will still prosper and waste other customers time. Welcome to business oligarchy 2022!!!! Dont be lied to and save a trip

The service provided at this branch is hands down terrific! I have to mention specifically a very professional and helpful associate banker named Serena R. she was very attentive, informative and kind while helping me take care of several transactions across multiple accounts. When I mentioned to her I was making some deposits for the benefit of my elderly mother she even sent some complimentary hand disinfectant along to help keep her safe during these unusual times. I am very happy with Chase bank because of Serena and her care of us as customers. I think someone with that much of an attentive spirit and the knowledge she possesses is definitely a great asset to Chase.

I lost 40 minutes to pay 9.99 bill on behalf of my friend because Merlin refused to take a payment inside of the building, and Dillon refused to take a payment outside of the building till I brought my truck in front of his window. Thank you for unfriendliness.

Absolutely horrible tellers no customer service whatsoever. I make payments for my car in cash in the bank all the time, suddenly they refused to take my payment and said I have to open a bank account . I have been Making payments for my car for past 4 years in Chase branches. I think they're really need to train their tellers. How could it be possible if I made payment last month . I had to drive to Vernon Hills branch to make a payment. And there was no questions asked the ask for my did like usual and a made a payment.

Had some questions but because of quarantine couldn’t go into the bank. Called and the bank manager handled everything over the phone with great courtesy, efficiency, and friendliness — something we all need right now.
