Prices are now way too high for dry clean clothing. I ask about laundry services and I was told they only do shirts.

I brought 11 shirts and a pair of pants to be cleaned.
The shirts were supposed to be laundered. For some reason, one shirt was sent to dry cleaning at an extra cost of $2.59! No warning was given to that effect.
When I picked my shirts up I noticed the added charge, When I asked I was told the owner instructed that shirts that are not 100% cotton should be dry cleaned.
This is an unjustified overcharge. No refund was offered.
Complaints will be sent to the BBB and the Illinois State Attorney.

The service was on time. They were also friendly on the phone. My main complaint is that they wanted $59.00 to iron and clean some bed linens which I thought was too much.

Clothes come back wrinkled many times. Need to take a little more care. I spend a lot with wash and fold there ($100/mos) and I may have to search elsewhere if it doesn't get better
