This is my local 711. Everytime I walk in i’m greeted with a smile. They sometimes have a table full of discounted items. Love this place and the customer service is wonderful. Shout out to Vernon and Marissa

The man that work around 6:00pm is horrible human being. He should not be working there. My daughter literally was paying for her stuff and getting her money out her pocket and he told her she holding up the line and she should use self checkout. Told her she was holding up the line and to move to self checkout. He had just rung her up. We stood behind two little boys for ten minutes while they get pizza but they was not rushed or yelled at to move. Please do not go here or report him. He should not be working in customer service. We left everything there.

2/18 - great service and Vernon was very friendly. 2/19 - Great service today from Carm. 2/20 - A nice warm greeting this morning from Carm. 2/21 - Always quick and easy to get in and out. Carm is terrific.

To my understanding this 711 corporate store cannot load gift cards or load money when paying bills due to the fact they were scammed multiple times. I guess you can if the manager is there for approval. One of the employees mentioned this to me which helped me understand more & I'm not upset about that. They do have to scan ID anytime you buy alcohol or cigarettes which is also understandable due to the previous franchise being shut down this location due to other not so good things happened in the past. The employees are very nice which makes me want to come here regardless of corporate rules. This store is much better than it was a little over a year ago.

ZERO STARS!!!!....As the ratings show from other people this 711 needs new management. Not only is the staff ignorant and look down on you, but they don't even load your debit card if you don't fit the appearance they desire. I wonder what else is going on here. That's just horrible.

What is going on at this store? It's been closed off an on for a week and the previous employees are gone. Replaced by bitter droids. I'll go to speedway.

They need to get a phone that works. I beleive I left my wallet here and I don't want to have to drive 30 miles to find out if it is or isn't.

Totally disappointed. Needed to exchange a propane tank. Employee rudely said were out when I was able to clearly see numerous sealed tanks inside the cage. Lazy staff, rude and lazy staff. No other explanation.
