Quick and easy but I got asked if I brought my own mailer or if I grabbed one from within the store. I purchased it from Michael’s but still got charged nearly an extra 4 dollars. Charged me for a 14.5x20 when it was only a 7.7x 9.7 (and my own) from a different store. What’s the point in asking if I brought my own if I still get charged? It states on the UPS website they do not charge extra if you bring your own mailer. Is this typical?

Horrible owners. I wouldn't do business with this location if it was free. They are completely incompetent and could care less about your valuables when shipping. Unreliable, disrespectful, father and son duo! Beware!!

Great customer service. They always print your receipt. Usually store owner is present. He is very welcoming with excellent people skills. I visited couple times and had great chat. I recommend the store.

Every time I've gone to this UPS store in Kildeer, the customer service has been awesome. Nazim, who i believe is the owner, has been super helpful and also a very nice person. This is a place that I actually look forward to visiting. THANK YOU!

I had a bad review due to anger about a broken shipment dropped off there but they probably did not have anything to do with it. There are new owner's here that seem nice, too.

The new owner is friendly but that's no excuse to be late opening the storeon a regular basis. The store hours are posted 8am to 6:30 rarely does the store open at 8am. I stop by before work to send packages and it's frustrating that it's not open on time. There are several places along Rand Rd. to who want my business and respect my time.
