I love this store! Definitely worth the trip from Milwaukee. I'm leaving town in a week so I was under pressure to finally find THE wedding guest dress. The staff were really supportive and provided options for styles and sizes that I would not have picked on my own, but totally worked when I tried them on. They also made really helpful suggestions for hair and accessories too. I love the catalog, but coming to an actual store was a special experience. I'll be back!

Love the Bohemian flare, country look. Beautiful items from shoes to jewelry. They carry brands boutique stores dont carry.Ladies in store are so helpful.

I have been shopping at Sundance since the day it opened in Deer Park. It is a little bit of a hike for me but worth it. For example, yesterday I got there 30 minutes before the store closed. Almost every sales person in the store helped me, spearheaded by Wendy and Becky. They all work as a team and do their best to be honest about how things fit and how they look. It is just delightful. Even if I have had a problem, they take care of it 1-2-3. And we were still there checking out at 5::03pm and they were all still smiling and suggesting things. Excellent service in retail is not dead. Although no one comes close to the women in Deer Park, IL. And if you have things you want to purchase from the catalog, they will place them for you and waive the shipping.

I really like this store. The staff are always accommodating, and a pleasure to deal with. It’s a great store with a wonderful selection of clothing and accessories.I would recommend this store to anyone who likes unique and quality made clothing, and a friendly/ helpful staff.

Always a pleasant experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. I love Sundance and order through the catalogue so visiting the store is special. It’s a distance from where I live so when I go I really enjoy it. I call it my happy place. I wish there were more stores.

I had been a long time Sundance Catalog customer, so when Deer Park location opened a couple of years ago I was so excited! This location has far surpassed my expectations - Beautiful Store, Merchandised Perfectly and a Staff that is simply AMAZING!!!

Michelle at the Deer Park Store in IL. is super fantastic! She picked out all my favorite outfits so hen I arrived all I had to do was try them on. She is so polite and know the product really well!

What can I say but OUTSTANDING! The staff at this location is so enthusiastic and genuinely engaged in making a customer completely satisfied and happy. I am especially commending sales associate Debbie who literally turned my 'frown upside down' by offering exceptional assistance with my transacation today. She's a gem!

I live in Oregon, but my local Sundance store didn't have the jeans I was looking for. I called Deer Park store in Chicago, and got Debbie. She provided AMAZING customer service, on a very busy Sale Day! I really appreciate the time she spent searching the store for my items. Love you, Debbie!! You're Super Rad!! : )

The salespeople at this Sundance store in Deer Park are phenomenal. They are so personable and always greet me by name. They know my style and will make recommendations to me. Shopping in that store is like shopping with friends!
