2513 W Schaumburg Rd, Schaumburg“Wow what an amazing awesome wonderful experience I had dropping off a package at the FedEx Office located at 2513 W Schaumburg Rd. I was met by the nicest kindest man and his name was Brent. Brent was able to direct me to where I needed to bring the package I had for him to tape up and put the label on.
He noticed a slight damp spot on one of the corners of the box and asked me if there was going to be any issue with shipping it. I just thought that was a keen observation and a very gentle way of asking if I was sure the package was ready. I assured him it was fine.
And handed me the receipts for me to track the package to make sure it got to where it needed to go.
It's not often you meet an employee who is genuinely kind and puts the customer needs before his own !

“I was very stressed by the process of moving a lot of my personal belonging from my parents’ house in the US to Poland. I decided to entrust my precious cargo (a lifetime of books, keepsakes and other souvenirs) with Polamer as it is a reputable company that has been recommended by several people I know. I liked that their website lets customers estimate the fees and gives clear instructions on what to expect. I packed 7 heavy boxes and dropped them at their Schaumburg office on September 14. The ladies were extremely helpful and efficient: showed me a cart I could use to bring the boxes from the car, advised on hacks to streamline the customs process, secured my boxes and answered all my newbie questions. All in all, I was done in less than 25 minutes. I was advised that my items would be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks but realistically, I expected 8-10 weeks. I periodically tracked my boxes online and then I received a text message from the courier company stating that my shipment will be delivered that day. Turns out that 5 weeks, day for day (on October 19), I was taking delivery of my 7 boxes. Everything arrived in good condition and I had no additional fees or taxes to pay on delivery. I was very, very happy! I won’t finish this review stating that I will use them again… I am currently in the process of packing another 6-7 boxes to ship by Polamer, hoping to receive them by year’s end.”

“I was at store 3611 and worked with Roberto. From the start I found him courteous and personable. I had many questions and he patiently answered and showed me examples of what I needed. I was having computer issues in turning pages into PDF, he was very knowledgeable and walked me through what I should do. As he was putting the pages together he actually called me to make sure I would be ok if the pages had a white border and if he could shrink a page by 2% so it would fit. Needless to say, I love the end product and am extremely happy with the dedication Roberto exhibited.”

When we went to pick up the order, it was exactly like the file but we wanted the card narrower than what was printed. David initially helped us with the details then Jacob took over as it required sizing changes, font spacing, color changes, cleaning up fuzzy lettering, etc. We should have started from scratch and given these guys free rein to start over. They worked the document over several times while we were in the store and they nailed it. Our daughter, the bride, was very pleased with the outcome. We came here to have signs and banners printed for our prior wedding shower. Now here for the menu cards. We WILL be back for the wedding programs. These guys are great and very patient with customers having very specific quality requirements. Thank you!”
