I had made an appointment for my daughters makeup. It's her sweet 16 party. We made about 4 weeks in advance of party. We get a call the morning of the appointment that the makeup artist will not be in and had to cancel appointment. So frustrating. I understand things happen but sephora should of had a backup plan

I get this is the "it place" for cosmetics but not wearing them I can only comment on the store itself. Their shelves are always a mess, the aisles are small and crowded, and the stores all have kind of skin of grime. That said, my wife and daughter shop there all the time and don't seem to notice any of the things I mentioned. Maybe I'm that bored that I have time to nit pick?

The Sephora workers are so nice!! They gave me free Sol De janerio samples, and helped me look around the store. They were also so polite and always had a smile on their face. I am definitely coming again!!

I had wonderful experience with Nayely! She was the artist for my full face booking and she brought out all the stops. The skincare was divine, the products were clean and well thought out, and she really took the time to consider my features and complexion. Towards the end, Nayely even sent me home with a small sample lipstick since my event was not for another few hours! 10/10

I had a wonderful experience at Sephora thanks to Anne! Her knowledge of the products was impressive, and she was incredibly attentive to my needs. Anne's friendly demeanor made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my visit. I left the store feeling confident in my purchases, all thanks to Anne's exceptional customer service. I'll definitely be returning, and I highly recommend Anne to anyone looking for a great shopping experience.

Absolutely appalled by the pathetic customer service, lack of standing behind a gift card that I believe was compromised by an employee - and willing to lose a large family of avid Sephora shoppers of well over a 10 years over $50...:brilliant, first time I've ever posted a negative review and I'm 49yo. Looking forward to the help Ulta provides...we are done.

Horrible service all the girls there have no knowledge and just want to sell, this last Saturday I came in for bronzer and wanted to know the price difference between two products and the lady let me know they were the same price, when k came home I noticed she rang up the most expensive product and gave me the cheaper one. I came in to the store and the woman at the front told me it wasn’t the works fault. That it was mine. NEVER SHOPPING AT THIS STORE. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
