“Eric H was great. He asked good questions to better understand what I was looking for. He made a couple of suggestions for me to choose from, he was great. When it came time to pay for the mattress I purchased the card processor was working. Eric tried to reset it a couple times but it just wouldn’t work. Eric finally was able to send a text for me to pay online and that worked perfectly. Eric is such a good person, perhaps Mattress Firm might want to spend a little more on infrastructure to provide the best tools to their employees so they can provide a top notch service.”

“I recently bought a purple rejuvenate with an Awesome adjustable base! I definitely feel spoiled in this bed. It’s fantastic. I would highly recommend. I had to put this update in this review because I think it is so cool. I bought the adjustable base and when I get up in the middle of the night, the light is sensed underneath the base and turns on so I can see where I’m going and then when I go back to bed, it shuts off it is so cool.

“I can't begin to explain how happy we are with Mary and Angelique with the Sleep Number store in Schaumburg, IL.!!! We went in for the first time ever just to check them out and they were busy. Mary and Angelique not only greeted us but were also very attentive to my family. While they explained all the various Sleep options they had to offer they also addressed my Wife's and my very different Sleep styles. They came up with our PERFECT solution. We bought a new ILE bed with adjustable base and we are sooo happy we did. Delivery and set up by the delivery guys was instructional, fast and easy. “My bed didn't change after 5 years of use even though I have 2 cats ! I'm ready to share my experience since I'm waiting for new delivery to have more in addition to the bedroom set. I attached below photos of new stylish black chair with loveseat that's gonna go to the office once i fully prepare the room. That looks modern and fantastic! Also I'm waiting for that cozy ans soft sectional with those unique looking and easy cleaning consoles! I gonna get it in orange instead of blue and in different size. But let me share with the last 2 photos I attached of my bed, where first photo is made 5 years ago and the second one - is current. As you see, there's no changes with the bed even though I have cats and I moved my bed 3 times since I purchased it !Now I got delivered new Tempur-Pedic hybrid "Luxe-Breeze", love how it has 2 layers of the cover besides the waterproof protector I use on the top of it. Outstanding level of look and sleep quality. My spine was never so relaxed as now and it got so easy to sleep straight on the back instead of changing position all night long. Definitely recommend , I'm obsessed with how my bedroom looks like and can't wait for the sofas coming in! Was so curious to see if there truly was absolutely no salesperson in the store, and there wasn’t! My partner and I spent one hour, all by ourselves in the store, trying out many of the mattresses. Only way to know if you’ll love a mattress is to lie on it in our opinion.
Found one we loved, came home and ordered it very easily online. Communication about delivery was excellent. Ordered on a Sunday night, delivered early Tuesday. Set up by a very nice and efficient crew of 2. Highly recommended!”

“I want to start off by saying that I called Penny Mustard customer Service about a question on how to get a king size mattress which I had "inherited" up my stairs. The mattress (which was purchased from Penny Mustard by a friend who decided to move out of state) sat in my living room for a month before attempting to hike it up the stairs. I called Penny Mustard to ask if they had any advice and spoke to Donna who not only was friendly and very knowledgeable about mattresses. She took the time to speak to me about "folding the mattress in half" and getting it up the stairs. And she was so right! We got the king size mattress up the stairs like professional movers.Thank you Donna for taking the time and sharing your wisdom in mattress moving and for an excellent customer experience.”
