“I was bringing a return into this UPS store, thought they were open til 7 pm. Walked up to door to go in and saw they were closed as of 6:30 pm. Went to get back in my car and 1 of the employees came to door and told me to come in. When I said I thought they were closed, he said it's OK, I'm still here finishing up things. I was thankful he saved me from having to make another trip back tomorrow. Great employee and awesome customer service!! I will definitely come here for my returns ect.....”

I didn't think there was anything that could be done but mentioned it to the team at this location anyway. They said they would look into it and I forgot to call them back to ask if anything was actually done. To my surprise I received a phone call that the problem was resolved and compensation given. This was so unexpected, they followed through and are always so nice and helpful! Great staff!”
