Great customer service, streamlined online ordering from store and East in-store checkout. We appreciated Spencer and another (forgetting name, sorry!!!), who helped my husband get a work capsule wardrobe.

Spencer is honestly a godsend. I pre-ordered a bunch of stuff you give out to my employees. He had it ready as soon as I drove up. Expert staff at this location.

I am consistent costumer at lululemon and have not had any issues until today. I had received a gift without a receipt that did not fit and the educator was EXTREMELY rude. Questioning my age, rolling eyes and having a disrespectful attitude when helping me. After checking out I noticed I was over charged for something that was on markdown, meaning I had to go back into the store and get my refund for how much she over charged me. She did not even apologize for her mistake and seemed annoyed that I was back in the store. This is the worst experience I have ever had with an employee at any store and I am very disappointed on the poor customer treatment when lululemon is an expensive brand.Employee #9999400009549

I took my 2 great granddaughters to Lululemon in Deer Park today. It was the first time for the 10 and 12 year old. We made the purchase of Fanny packs and left the store. The manager of the store ran out afterwards an told the girls since this was their first visit, they were each welcome to pick any item from the accessories section. They were so so thrilled. She really went way out of her way to please these future customers.

Very disappointed in the customer service here. I had been waiting to buy these leggings since they are pretty pricey, but so many people have raved about them that I decided to try them. I bought a pair of leggings and not even a month later the seams have pulls and they have stretched out so they don’t even fit. I went to tell them about the problem and ask for a new pair, per their quality guarantee, and was told that if they did that, “how would they make any money?” and they had to process returns like, “any other store.” I’m not sure if she just didn’t understand what the issue was but she wouldn’t even give me the time of day to explain the situation. Left the store feeling very disrespected. Will definitely not be shopping at this location again.

Italia and Spencer are seriously rockstars. I had a friend needing specific pants for a wedding last minute and they were sold out everywhere including online so I figured there would be no way to find them. I went in store to ask and immediately Italia and Spencer went above and beyond to find the very last pair in allll of the US and made sure to have them shipped expedited to arrive on time. And still made sure to take my contact info to follow up on tracking. I've worked in many retail settings and to receive top notch service like this truly shows how outstanding they are!! Thank you guys so much!

Lululemon is a lifestyle store they have very nice clothes there like workout clothes even everyday wear clothes as well. Lululemon is located at deer Park Town center right next to Go Calendar Games and Toys!!
