At the showroom, we used the mini blocks to design a couch. Even with that, the representative *miscounted* the number of sides when she provided me with a quote and I only discovered this after we left. At home, we decided to redo the couch design to better fit our space and subsequently used the website's design program to give us an estimate instead. We returned to the store to place our order (to take advantage of their payment options) and the amount they provided was more than our online price. In going through the order, we discovered that the website's customizable design did not add the angled pillows to the order even though the visual explicitly shows the pillows! (You *cannot* add pillows to the same design as an add-on.)
The order arrived *very quickly* however, some of the packages were damaged. The damage went past the packaging, and dented the wood frame and fabric of the furniture (but these will eventually be hidden by the covers). We already had a headache ordering, we did not want to argue about this. The feet were also mismatched. There were two different packaging for the feet which makes me suspect some were outdated versions and some were newer. They look horrible-- dents, nicks and poor staining. Luckily, they are covered by the wider foot base, but be aware if you are purchasing any items that expose the feet (ie the ottoman).
I have mixed feelings about my order. LoveSac is so expensive that I expected better service and quality. Don't rush your order, I'm so glad I caught this online ordering glitch!! The reps were at least helpful in letting us know that we may order additional items after a certain number of days from the initial purchase for the same discounted price-- but that is such a hassle and not something a customer should have to do!!

The staff was attentive, available immediately, knowledgeable about what I needed. They offered me a variety of options and even stayed late to help me decide which fabric to go with. I couldn’t have had a better experience.

To be honest. I walked in an knew what I wanted and how I wanted my sactional. It was nice receiving more information and realizing that I could always add on to my purchase any time. I was also able to adjust my credit approval in store and get it confirmed instantly to help with my final purchase.

Fantastic customer service without the pushy sales people. They were there to answer all of our questions, and when we were ready to buy after a few visits, they made the process easy and straightforward! I worked with Sean and Lisa and they were fabulous!

Extremely uncomfortable piece of furniture & if this was not enough. Pillows are too small for the cases and don’t hold its shape.Fabric and cautions are never fitting right.To add to all this customer service is exceptionally rude. I tried addressing my concerns at the store I waited for customers to leave the sales rep did an excellent job at making us few little and unconcerned with out complaints. After a while of putting us down some people walked in & then he tried to play it off like it’s not them it’s us and couch is old.Sure, bough it yr ago & before all the pieces trickled in we may be are using it for 9 months. Couch looks like garbage and love sac told us we can buy new cousins if we are not happy with current once.Don’t waste your money. The warranty used to sell us on the couch is not honored.

After much thought & research we decided to become apart of the Love Sac Family. The sales person in the store was very helpful and knowledgeable. I could not believe that I stood in the store Monday (12/19) evening placed my order and it was sitting on my front porch Wednesday afternoon & we were enjoying family movie night on it that evening. They had told us 1-3 weeks so I was not expecting it so soon.I jokingly had said when leaving the store - It would be a Christmas miracle if we got it before Christmas and well they came through.

We have been in the store twice in both times the workers were very helpful and patient. I personally love that they don't work on commission so you don't feel like they are trying to upsell you.
