I went there and I love the clothes in this store but the front lady was very annoying. It is good that the workers guide you to find the clothes that you like but even when I was in the fitting room several times asked me if I I’m ok, if I like it, etc etc etc. I know that is their work but sometimes is too much.

I called this location about my online order I had shipped here and the employee (I think her name was Tanya) was so rude. Mumbling"oh my god" under her breath when I asked a question like she was so bothered about me calling. God forbid a customer calls your store for help. Rude customer service and I will never shop here again.

Went to get jewelry for a special event and staff was extremely kind and helpful in picking out great earrings and necklace for me to wear.

Always fun shopping here! The employees are very friendly and I appreciate that this store is more size-inclusive than others I have visited.

The manager of this store Kylie was soo sweet and helpful. I tried on a dress but the zipper wasn't properly sewed on so she put a generous discount on it. Overall great customer service and the store was very well kept too.

Went in there today just to look around and I have my niece with me who is quietly in her stroller. The cashier had the audacity to loudly talk about how she’s concerned because there’s so many kids out and it’s so weird to see kids in a boutique and then continued to say how she’s dressed like she works at coyote ugly and she doesn’t remember kids in coyote ugly. I’m baffled that this how you allow your employees to act.

i have been going to this store since past few years,i buy all the time they have good collection and the Sa Demi is awesome she is always helping and showing the new styles, she is the best and really helpful.would be always going back to this store.

Well, I'd never heard of this "boutique" until my kind-but-clueless niece gave me a gift card for Christmas from them. I went to their lame website -- no listing of their USA locations anywhere on it; I guess the Texas twits think you'll just "know." Finally found one by consulting Google Maps. This place is definitely for the Millennials and younger -- not for a Boomer. The styles are what they call "young chic" or something like that. Found the quality on the lower end, and the sizings ridiculous, and I'm 5'8" with a BMI of 20, so not on the heavy side at all -- still, I was a "large." Their style seems to channel Texas beauty-queen blue-collar "chic". Not surprising, since they're headquartered in Houston. Back to Talbot's and Ann Taylor for me!

They carry a broad variety of earrings, necklaces and accessories. They are all cute, but overpriced. I spent $50 in 3 pairs, and so far, they are OK but hopefully they last.

I got a necklace that cost $20 and it broke within the first day of wearing it. They do have cute designs, but the quality of these necklaces are really bad. This isn't the first necklace that I got from this place that broke. I have bought 2 other necklaces totaling $60 wasted at this place. I do not recommend buying their necklaces, and it is pretty overpriced considering the quality.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon and immediately noticed how much bigger it is than the other locations. They had so many cute things but, the staff was not helpful or friendly at all. Was not greeted when I walked in no one offered to start me a fitting room and the girls stood around talking. Very disappointed in this location. Every other Francesca's I've been to has had amazing staff.

This store is SO cute but its on the smaller side and the girls who work there do NOT want to be bothered to do so little as smile/greet/look you in the eye when you walk in/shop/check out. Store itself is great...service could use an upgrade!
