I like being able to go in and try on clothes but this store has issues.
I was looking at golf shoes and the people working in the section would only help the men who would come in. The two men working walked past me to their office several times since the tiny amount of women's golf shoes is right next to it.
Another time I was returning an online order and they had a gentleman cut in front of me who was paying by check and none of the registers were working for him. 9 minutes later, his check still wouldn't work and no other register asked me to step up since they were moving along quickly and I was stuck. Yes, I asked if I could just return my item quickly and they snapped "he was up here first" at me. Gladly buying directly from BrooksRunning only, the price difference is made up for in customer service.
They have a large selection of kids and adult clothes but their store brand size runs big (not the stores fault).
Just wish they had better customer care. Most times there is not an issue with checking out, just not worth my time to buy here unless it is something I have to buy in store.

We called to have a few items put on hold at the front of the store. Because they were not in season, they had to be collected from the backroom. When we arrived to try them on, some of the items did not fit. We spoke with the gentleman at the front regarding additional sizes and he called for assistance over the radio. The floor rep who arrived responded to our request by saying she was too busy to help with backroom items.
We ended up going elsewhere. But I definitely will not return to this specific location for any future products.

Nice helpful people...prices are HIGH...plenty of free parking...selection is ok. Golf stuff does have a good selection but again no more gun sales as it must be run by ....well you know.
