Staff is so absolutely rude and not helpful whatsoever. Very rude to me in the store and on the phone because I had an issue with my order that they cancelled for whatever reason. Also lied to me several times about where the missing half of my order was. Got told different things from different associates. The most snobbiest woman ever acting like you owe them something. Never again

I ordered something online and picked it up to save the delivery fee. I had measured to be sure it would fit in the car first, lol. Staff were very kind, couldn't have been easier.

I’m not sure if warehouse inspection quality is sub par or what but this is the second day that the delivery team has attempted to deliver a swivel chair that isn’t fully functional. At the very minimum, a swivel chair is expected to swivel. I’m surprised that no one at the warehouse is even checking that! For the amount of delivery fee that is paid each time, the least the warehouse can do is to ensure quality is maintained across products sent out for delivery. Coordinating and rescheduling delivery is a whole other issue - delivery team is almost always late and have no consideration for your schedule. They do not wear gloves or shoe covers unless explicitly requested. Love the furniture but getting extremely tired of the whole delivery process! Totally drains the fun out for you.
In store design staff ant Deer Park are really really fun and sweet to work with though! Shannon Alex and Deb have been super helpful…..but when the quality of furniture in the warehouse is subpar and coordinating delivery is such a hassle… what’s the incentive to go back for more? Very disappointed

Okay this was back in November 2023, my husband and I bought furniture from Crate & Barrel, drawn by their 20% off promotion with a credit card application. Despite confirming with customer service that the discount would apply even with financing, it never was. They kept promising it would be applied next month, but it never happened. Their customer service was not helpful at all, never solved my problem. We’re very dissatisfied with this store and their poor handling of the situation.

A staff named "Michelle" totally ruined my holiday shopping experience today. We were shopping for dinnerwares at the dinnerware section and putting what we chose (4 pairs of serving spoon/forks) into the shopping basket, while this Michelle dashed to us and yelled loudly at us "THESE ARE NOT SELF-SERVICED!!". She rapidly approached us and grabbed the basket from our hands, and also took the spoons away from my wife's hands, just like we were trying to steal things and got caught by her. We were shocked by her rudeness. I understand these ladies were paid by commission and she wanted to mark as more sales as "hers" as possible, but could you just show some respect to your customers? You were supposed to be there to help customers, not to bully them. I will never come back.

Have been a fan of C&B for many years. Have one of their sofas. But now they've turned super modern with their furniture - not much of a fan. Home decor items overpriced. Friendly salesclerks at this location.

Walked in with an online return to the store. We explained the situation and provided the tracking and order numbers. We were informed that we wouldn't be reimbursed for shipping if we chose to return it. When we were asked when we purchased we stayed August and they said "Well there's nothing we can do for you here since it's 30 days past the purchase date. We were informed to call customer service, which we promptly did. We explained to customer service the exact same situation and they called the store on our behalf. Turns out the store should have taken it back. The information was relayed to us from the online CSR as what the manager said. In the past, I have walked in with online returns that we're gifts 90 or more days and never had a problem. In short this location gets a 1. We might try another location or may just shop inline, but it is unlikely we ever return to this local given that we feel the employee simply didn't want to dealWith the return

I went to Crate & Barrel because my husband and I got a gift card there for our wedding. I didn't really need anything but didn't want to have an extra gift card to lose. This particular location was under construction but was still decorated nicely. I could find things easily enough and was asked several times if I needed help finding anything. I ended up getting some nice smelling hand and dish soaps. Crate & Barrel is a nice store for high-end housewares.

I was in the store to purchase a gift for a wedding. I am not sure if it was the way I was dressed (t-shirt and leggings) or what, but I felt looked down upon in the store. I also felt that the person helping me had the opinion that I didn't know anything about weddings and how to officially attend them. I feel that this store caters to a certain clientele and I didn't hit the mark yesterday. Oh well. I don't plan on returning anyways unless I have absolutely no choice but to do so.

Staff is horrible with communication. Sold us a couch estimated 4 months to receive. It was actually 6 months, and then it showed up with an incorrect wedge color and uneven cushions. I trusted crate and barrel for their reputation but I was wrong. It's been a nightmare communicating with their outsourced furniture people to come look at the chaise because it sags. Now I don't hear from them again after third party furniture people requested a new cushion. We are sitting with a grey couch and white wedge that is ugly and embarrassing that a custom order was messed up like this.Not sure C&B ever made our wedge in the first place. No offer to compensate other than "expedite" the wedge. disappointed with this location and C&B.

The stuff is rude, mean and not welcoming at all! The manager and sales persons behaved like I owed them something! They made me feel extremely uncomfortable to shop there! I felt like I entered someone’s house without an invitation! If you plan shopping there be prepared to get your day ruined!
