Just so you are prepared....I wasn't sure what to expect walking into Cozy Feet even after reading many reviews. My husband and I went for a couples massage as I was mid crisis of having a headache for over a week and finally decided that I needed a massage urgently. The Good:*Availability: Called mid-day and was able to secure two appointments that evening*Reasonably Priced ($60 for a 60 minute massage)*Not just a chair massage parlor but offer whole body massages*Both had great Massage Therapists (great pressure, really worked out problem areas, including some stretching for tight areas)*Not sure if hot stones are part of every package but they were a pleasant surprise for usThe Odd:-This place is set up like a massage lobby for lack of a better way to describe it. It's open with just sheer curtains in between massage beds that aren't closed. This offers VERY LITTLE PRIVACY so if you prefer a private traditional massage this is not your place. Luckily since we booked a couples massage we were in a room with only two beds which was a little more private.-They give women a shirt that opens in the back and shorts to change into for your massage experience. You just strip down right there in a darkish shared lobby/room.-The face hole is built into the bed. It's not a separate headrest so I feel like your neck is at a slightly strange angle.-Beds are not heated but the temperature of the room was fine.-Bed was a little bit short for my 6'4" husband-You can hear everything-It seems their style of massage includes karate chopping, which is a personal deterrent for me as I didn't just get relaxed to then experience this action. It's too jarring for my taste.-The tipping scale posted at the checkout is unusual. It gives a star rating and associated dollar amount. So if you are extremely pleased with your massage, it encourages you to tip $35+.Overall, my headache was almost gone. Just don't know that this was the right atmosphere for what I'm comfortable with.

It’s not really a relaxing, when someone who’s doing massage is burping being very close to you.

Great quality massage for a very reasonable price! Availability doesn't appear to be an issue, as there are many therapists on staff. The receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable - she outlined the differences between each type of massage, and which would be right for what I needed.

I have been going to this location since it has opened. I'm also a member of massage envy and I do enjoy this just as much if not more. I always get the $39 SPECIAL which is spot on. Your feet are soaking in hot water while they start 20 mins on head face neck arms and hands. Then 20 mins on feet and legs then turnover to 20 mins on your back. This 60 mins is intoxicating delightful relaxing exhilarating and just simply remarkable! This is an excellent way to alleviate stress and diminish aches and pains. Enjoy...

My husband, kids and I came here to get a message. We asked for the full body 1 hour special for $39 and the front desk girl said “no that’s not what you want, you want this” and pointed to the $60 one hour massage. She said she wants us to have the best experience. I asked if it’s full body and she said yes.Fine. No big deal. We told her we don’t want the hot stones and if we can get the foot soak instead. Front desk girl said that’s fine.My husband and kids had a great experience. I, on the other hand, did not. The massage therapist spent 70% of the time on my back. 20% on my legs. And 10% on my arms. My head, neck, shoulders, and chest were not touched. And I did not get a foot soak. When we went to the front desk and told her that we will pay full price for 3 massages but want a discount for my massage because I didn’t receive the full service. She made it very awkward, she called the MT to the front desk and started speaking in a different language. Then called who I assumed is the owner telling her we don’t want to pay, put the MT on the phone and then handed the phone to my husband. The owner said she will comp the massage and we told her that’s not what we are asking for. We just wanted a discount because we didn’t receive the full service. Then the front desk girl gave us a hard time about how much we tipped. The experience was very unfortunate and we will not be returning.

I went in here solely to have my feet attended to as I’ve been living with foot pain for over a year. I was talked into a massage with a promise that my feet would receive the care I desperately was hoping for. I mean, the place is called Cozy Feet. I ended up spending $60 on a massage that barely touched my feet and that felt like someone was only putting moisturizing oil on my body with not much else to rave about. If I told the lady at the front desk once, I told her about 10 times that I was there for my feet. When it came time to pay, unfortunately, I was beyond disappointed. She said oh, next time I should do the foot massage. Hello?! That was what I walked in there for and I told her there wouldn’t be a next time. Incredibly unhappy that I wasted money on something i requested but never received. Lost a customer by not listening. I hope you make note of this Cozy Feet

I enjoy going here.I think you have to understand what reflexology is and what you are signing up for. From some of the reviews people are complaining of it being rough, but…. That’s why you are going there. Reflexology hits some of your pressure points, which is what I love.Speak up if you need it softer or harder, no one is a mind reader.Although at the front desk the service is subpar.I would get a certificate from friends / family and the won’t punch my frequent card. Which I don’t understand as it’s just a different form of payment. It’s been a while since I’ve used a certificate, so hopefully they don’t go around that anymore - as I’ve told people to stop buying them for me for that reason. They have also changed up the whole place last year. Threw me off, but it’s ok.

Just recently moved in town, and I stopped by cozy feet spa because I’m exhausted from the work I’ve had to do these past days. At first I was a little concern seeing the review on Google, saying that they force customer to give extra tips but let me tell you, I had the best massage ever for a reasonable price and I’m willing to give 15-25 dollars tip. I’ve tried most of the masseur there, Tao and rina does an amazing job. I usually do the 90 combo, it’s a full body massage with oil and foot soak. If you have any questions you can ask the front receptionist, the girl in the front is really sweet and speaks fluent english but not the masseur, They don’t understand English at all. I do recommend make an appointment through calls because they’re really busy. Overall this place is really clean and has great service!

Lol came in with no appointment. Show up at 7. They close at 10-11They tell me they don’t have space. Or can’t fit me in. FOR THE REST OF THE DAY.At least 3 hours of time to be able to fit someone in and it was an impossible task per the receptionist.
