First off the movie theater was not clean, and felt very dirty throughout. Went to go see a movie last night with a group of friends, the film we were watching was shut off roughly 30 minutes in. After speaking to the shift lead I was told there was nothing that could be done. no refund and not even a certificate to see a movie at a different time. Situations like these are why people stop going to the movies, and opt to watch at home. If this theater is your only option, just stay home.

This place makes me dearly miss the Regal that used to be on Aptakisic & Milwaukee, that's really the summary.The whole place feels a bit dank and outdated. The theater we sat in had normal seats instead of the nice reclining ones. They charge you upwards of $5 for fountain drink refills (absurd) but don't even have the coke remix machines. They also seemed to be short staffed.You'll get to see your movie but there's really nothing special about the experience otherwise.

I choose this theater because of its proximity to my house. Typically, I visit this theater twice a month. While I mostly have positive experiences here with my kids, there is one recurring issue. Every time I come, the cashiers, including the assistant manager, struggle to scan my membership rewards for a discount. Despite having a membership that offers a 20% concession discount, they attempt to charge me the regular amount disregarding my membership benefits. The assistant manager even informed me that the discount only applies to rewards points when I use them, not the 20% off at concessions, despite my monthly membership with the company. This is not an isolated incident as similar situations have occurred multiple times. I hope that the management addresses this issue and provides better training for their cashiers and managers. Otherwise, they are wasting both my time and that of other moviegoers waiting in line.

If I could give a 0 I would. I'm a teacher at a daycare and I brought some of the kids on a field trip and before we even got out of the van I see a lady who later find out wad the assistant manager and a guy who knows who he was look at our van and shake there heads. Then I came in and the same lady was at the counter talking bout us. We have been to plenty of movies and theater and never had a problem and ahe told us we need to let them know next time. We ordered pur tickets online. She said we are super short handed. This is very unprofessional.

Posting this at 11:36PM in an intermission. There is no sense of having intermission at this time. The pantry is not open, not even a vending machine. Seats are not comfortable.

Loved this place been coming since a kid. After 8:30pm they close everything was super disappointing. I would’ve enjoyed my movie a-lot more with a simple Drink . AMC is my new go 2 for sure

Seats are disgusting and I don't even want to know why they are. Definitely in need of a full change. Everything else about this place is great. It's just not worth full price of the movie for those gross seats.

This is my favorite movie theater to go to in the area. They have a ton of theaters, so they’re typically showing a great selection of movies and times to pick from.As a short person, I enjoy that these theaters have stadium seating. I’ve never had a problem viewing a movie here.I’d recommend purchasing tickets in advance for this theater so that you get prime seating. The only downfall is that the fees are pretty steep for purchasing online. However, I’m not going to join a subscription service so that the online fees are lower.

I would give this a 5 star but the seats are not comfortable. Everything else is great but I would come to this theater more often if they had better seating but I rather just drive 15-20 min to another theater to make me feel I’m at home on my couch watching a movie.

First time at this theatre. Overall ok, Theatre concession area is congested. You get your popcorn at one counter then wait to pay in an area where people are going all directions!Seats were comfy and we enjoyed the movie The Hill. Prefer AMC at Hawthorn but this movie not playing there.

I would never go back to this if I was paid to go. I was visiting from California to tour University of Chicago with my daughter who is a senior in high school. We decided to go to the movies at this place and we were seeing two different movies. The movie she wanted to watch was a horror movie that is rated R. The assistant manager Lydia asked her for an ID to watch it even though I was purchasing the ticket for her. She wasn’t even asked for an ID at the airport to fly here. She did have her passport back at our hotel room but she doesn’t carry it around. In my 43 years of life no one at any theater has ever ask my kid for an ID especially with me being the one purchasing the ticket. I asked to see the manager whose name is Ron and was told that all theaters ask for ID. That is NOT true. We travel all over the world and go to the movies in different cities , states and countries and this has never happened. I sat and watched for about 5 mins to see if anyone else was asked for an ID and never saw anyone being one out and there were severalGroups of teenagers that walked in the theater. It feels like we were targeted at this theater for reasons unknown to me. THIS IS NOT OK!!!!

It was soo nice to see people at the theaters! It really felt normal again as opposed to the pandemic and illegal lock downs. I like this theater. I got nachos and cheese dip but ran out of chips and had cheese leftover. Layer the popcorn in butter before they serve it to you too.Lastly, Watch 'The Sound of Freedom' movie. It's worth the money and reveals the dark side of humanity. God can forgive a lot of things but not this kind of sin. These kind of humans will be shut out of heaven forever.

Plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessible for sorting, entrance and restrooms. Food, snacks, drunks, desserts available. Great way they serve it to get it fast n easy. Seats comfortable, sound great, screen nice size. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Great theater to go when you want to get away from the crazy crowds at AMC. very quiet and chill movie night was to be had. Matter of fact my son and I were the only people in the theater during a afternoon movie. Snacks were standard for movie night but when you ask for extra butter you basically get a whole tub of it so make sure to say easy butter. Otherwise you are getting butter with a side of popcorn!
