I found some gems in the sale section that were marked down significantly. I like shopping here - I can always find really good deals in the sale section or they tend to have some sales going on. And I like the fabric materials of the clothes here. I really had an excellent shopping experience at this gap store.”

“If you're not familiar with Old Navy, it's basic fast fashion. The clothes are inexpensive but you get what you pay for. It would be nice if they had more variety for guys, but since we apparently don't care about clothes or enjoy looking stylish, they keep a little corner for us. Fully 3/4 of the place is women's and girls clothes.”

“I went in today to return some items I had ordered online. My online order came in multiple shipments so I brought each order and didn't know which one each item went with. They were so helpful, friendly, and fast. I really appreciated the customer service and told them as much. They made something I thought was going to be extremely difficult extremely easy. “Some of the lowest reviews are legit and some are just plain asinine. For example the kid that said the other stores look cooler, that’s probably the dumbest thing I’ve ever read. The prices are actually fair since they’re a lot cheaper than most of the stores I shop at and they have excellent quality. They always have sales so I would check the website. It was very slow when I went there on a Saturday night but the employees kept the store clean and tidy. I guess they charge for plastic bags now which is weird. If you have bought a lot of items, be sure to bring one of your own bags to store them in after purchase.”

“My husband Gary and I and our adorable fur baby fefe were at JCPenney on the 19th shopping for a birthday present for my dad cause his birthday is march 31st which is this week. And so we looked all around for a nice dress shirt and there were some for $40-$50 and some for $24.99 and then we looked in the clear boxes where all of the clearance dress shirts are and we found a really nice dress shirt for an amazing price! Plus we got to buy 4 new towels as well because of the incredible deal we got on my dads dress shirt. All together we spent $25 on all 5 items! My husband Gary and I and our adorable fur baby fefe were so happy that we stayed within our budget. Plus we also got to buy my dad a birthday card and a coffee mug as well since we didn't spend a lot. Thanks so much JCPenney for always carrying amazing items at such great prices.”

“My wife ordered some clothes from temu website and it’s cheap stuff but I always buy clothes from H&M and it’s great stuff like this short in $35. I have h&m app so it added points for me every time when I do shopping. Quality stuff they are selling not very cheap or not very costly.”

“This store has elegant clothes for babies and toddlers. It is expensive, like a Banana Republic or JCrew for babies and toddlers. Thus, we usually only shop there for special occasions and/or when they have something really cute (like a "my first Christmas" outfit last year). Sometimes their Clearance rack has decent deals too.”
