I wasn't greeted by anyone when I entered the store or asked if I needed help with anything as I browsed around the store. I watched several white people be asked repeatedly "is there anything I can help you with?" "Are you looking for anything in particular?" Etc. I had to ask the staff myself for help otherwise I wouldn't have been acknowledged. Except by the blonde white girl who followed me around the store aimlessly. I went to three different areas of the store to confirm my suspicions, she followed. Then there was an error where I didn't receive the advertised discount on candles. I had already left the store when I noticed. I returned and the error was fixed with not even the slightest apology for the error and inconvenience of me having to return to the store. Simply put, the staff are racist and have discriminatory practices. I will not return and will make sure I tell Black ppl to stay far away. What a terrible experience.

Would never go back to this Bath & Body Works again. Walked in with the intent of getting a couple things, since I was already at this mall, but as soon as I walked in, things went downhill. The employee by the door greeted me as soon as I walked in with a friendly "Hello!" but I didn't see where he was because I couldn't see him behind the fixture he was at. I said hi, at a somewhat soft volume. He comes around and looks at me and goes "Hellooo?" and then gestures at me as if I didn't say anything. I responded with "I said hi" and then he looked at me, rolled his eyes, and shook his head as he walked away. Loud enough to hear I said, "Geez" and then walked out of the store. As someone that was just looking to do some quiet shopping after work, this left such a bad taste in my mouth about this store. DON'T GO HERE.

Honestly, the convenience of not having to go into a mall to get to a Bath and Body Works is enough for a five-star review in my opinion LOL. The staff was very friendly and knew exactly where the items on my list were in the store. Thank you for making my Christmas shopping that much easier!
