Service was bad but I love their clothes. The pinnacle high rise trouser is?? I usually shop online but needed to visit the Deer Park store to complete an exchange this past weekend and the service was awful (minus one younger girl working there that was very kind and helpful, I wish I got her name). And let me preface this by saying when I go into a retail store I am polite and very appreciative of the service I get. I know retail isn’t an easy job as you have to deal with a lot of cranky people. That’s not me. I will chat with the employees if they start a conversation, I say please and thank you, I listen to their suggestions, and overall I’d like to think I’m a kind person. Treat people how you want to be treated right? But the woman that helped me at the register and the woman that helped my friend at the register were both kind of grumpy and didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. The woman that helped my friend (who also had an exchange as well as a return) messed up the transaction and ended up charging my friend instead of issuing a credit. And the woman who helped me with my transaction processed it as a return and then rang my items up as a new purchase. When it was simply the exact same items, just in a smaller size. And because I made the original purchase during a promotion, I ended up paying more for my items when it should have been an even exchange. The woman who rang me up also gave me a hard time about not having a receipt (it was an online order) and wanted me to find the order number on my phone when I know they can look it all up with my phone number or email. Which she did do but only after I asked her to. Overall an unpleasant experience which sucks because I really do like their clothes and buy from Athleta often, but I may need to rethink that if this is how they treat people in-store.

I have been going to this Athleta location for years. I have had nothing but excellent customer service. I am always greeted upon entering the store and get the help I need in the fitting room.The store is clean, organized and racks are sized appropriately making it easy to shop. The quality of clothes is very good but it's on the pricy side.

I also had a rude experience at the store today. My mother went to return a shirt that had a snag in it that I did not see when I bought it over the weekend. I had rewards on my Athleta card that I used on that shirt, so I didn't purchase it full price. I wanted the same shirt but a different color, it was the same price, and wanted it shipped to my house. So an even exchange, right? The lady did not want to honor my rewards but charged me for the full price! She also didn't want to return the new shirt, said it was impossible to do since it was just bought. So I called customer service a minute later, and not only was the gentleman able to return the shirt over the phone that was full price, but he also let me apply my rewards and get the shirt as an even exchange, what I was looking for in the first place! It really was that simple. He was super nice too. Beware the old lady at checkout in Deer Park, super rude!!!! No customer service at Deer Park Athleta!!

Nothing I hate more then to walk into a store and not even be greeted. I was in the store a total of 10min had associates see me walk in pass me several times and out of 3 associates not one of them said "hello" or "may I help you with anything " . I also was the only customer in the store. Needless to say I left . Will not return to that store customer service grade F!!!!!!

Great selection. I always shop at Athleta before travel. Lightweight, comfy clothes. Much better styles and more reasonably priced than lululemon. Also, the staff is so helpful and knowledgeable about style and inventory- especially Dawn and Debbie.
