I have loved shopping at this store since I found it in early 2023...as a plus size girlie, I feel welcomed and love trying on the clothes at Arula. But it's the only reason I am giving anything more than 1 star.I have purchased a few items of clothing here, and several of them ended up in the garbage within a few wears. One top shrunk so badly with delicate wash and hang dry that I couldn't wear it at all after washed. I also bought a $70 cozy sweatshirt that I loved in the store, but the material stains if even water gets anywhere near it. After only a few wears, it is full of dark stains that can't be removed no matter what I try (I have no idea where they even came from). It's also destined for the garbage. I did buy one cute dress that I've worn once and have yet to dry clean. Hoping that will hold up!The clothing is for sure fast fashion, which I knew, but it's very overpriced for that, considering items can only be worn a couple of times. I just wish their clothing matched the quality of the service I got when shopping there!

I cannot thank the women who work in this store enough! Specifically Morgan and Mikayla. I needed an update to my wardrobe and to find a dress for an event and these two women went above and beyond to help me. I have never felt more comfortable shopping in a store before. They were kind, supportive, and it felt like I was shopping with my friends. Thank you so much Arula!

Went in to shop today and never have I felt more comfortable in a store. Thank you to the manager Shannon that made my sisters and I feel welcomed and helped us pick some amazing clothes! Walked out with a few new outfits and a candle. This store is my new one stop shop for everything. 15/10 recommend to everyone!

Just found about this amazing boutique that caters to the curvy girl!!The selection is amazing and the service was fantabulous!!Shannon greeted us in such a friendly and fun way. She told us about the place a little and how the sizes work. The great thing is the store is attached to the sister store so we could shop from both places at the same time.I came in with my teenage daughter to find some cute things for work. Shannon pulled some great selections for her to try. Was quick to switch sizes and showered her things she wouldn’t have tried on by herself.I also got two super cute outfits for work!!I will definitely tell some friends about the place!! Can’t wIt to go back soon.Thanks Shannon for making us feel so comfortable while we shopped today. xoxoLori
