Brought my phone in for repair.Checked in with a full charged phone, got diagnosed, needs repair. I specifically asked the guy is the part in stock? "Yes".Do you remove the screen protector? "Not if we don't have to". How long will this be? "2.5 hours".Can you reload Verizon's E-Sim? "Yes, let me take a picture of your MEIP and everything".Ok cool!Come back in 2.5 hours. Phone is ready for pickup. Lady comes out from the back with it. 1st thing I notice, it has a low charge on it.I asked her why it has no charge since I left it here fully charged. "They must have left it on during the repair"So you're telling me leaving it on during the repair for 2.5 hours drained the battery 80%? "I guess"2nd thing I noticed is there was no screen protector. I asked where it was. "We take all screen protectors off."Well alright lets restore my cellular services. "You're going to have to go to Verizon for that"Why was I told you could do it here then? "He must have misspoke"I go to Verizon to get my service restored and IT'S A DIFFERENT PHONE. So it all makes sense on why the above happened. This apple store couldn't tell the truth to save their life! Why lie to people?I'm from out of town. It was not necessary to keep me around for 2.5 hours when you just replaced the phone! It sure wasn't necessary to lie to my face on multiple occasions.

It would be nice if the Apple Store knew it needed its customers. The employees may want to understand that they are “geniuses” only because Apple is an almost fail proof product. It takes the consumer’s patience to be able to spend $$$. Why? The employees are so important to themselves. It’s fine. I go in as needed, expect not to be greeted, expect to stand around waiting formore than a mild acknowledgment that Iexist. My expectations are met when a Dan T that barely can tolerate helping me gets my order then dismisses me. His manager, Josh, cares even less. It’s the products guys, not you.

Visited the store to trade in my iPhone for the newer model. We ran into some issues due to the fact of having a business account with my provider. Josh and Anthony were both so helpful and patient. They each went out of their way to put in extra effort to get us what we needed/wanted. They’re both so personable that it felt like I was chatting with my friends during the entire process. Such an enjoyable experience.

While I had a shopping experience that was less than I had hoped for, I reached out to the manager (Josh) who was very receptive to my feedback and helpful in answering questions. I have amended my rating of my experience to reflect this.

I went in and was never greeted and completely ignored for a good 20 minutes. Who trains these staff? First rule of customer service is to greet and respond to my needs. I simply asked a lady if she was helping someone, and she gave me attitude instead of having a smile on her face or guiding me with someone who can help. The only helpful staff was a young African American and some associate named Anthony.

i purchased a phone here upgrading from a 13 to a 15 pro. I had a lot of data on my phone and was told that i needed to get the 512gb if i wanted to keep my text messages. My dad died 2.5 years ago and i was not ready to give up my texts with him quite yet because that’d be losing another memory. This means that I paid an extra $300 for more space. I tried to apply for a citizen one loan and had issues so had to call Apple with the store associate which took about 20 mins. The Apple employee on the phone didn’t know what citizen one loan was and the store employee was confused as well and seemed to be at a loss with no solution. I decided to pay for the phone in full even though those weren’t my intentions walking in to spend $1,400 at Apple. It took 3 hours to transfer my old information to the new phone and I ended up needing to download all my apps but they assured me my text would come through over time. The manager Gabriel had stepped in and assured me that it would be fine and gave me my phone case for free and a charging cube.3 days later, my texts did not transfer so I called the store and had to talk to a new manager, Eric. He said that the situation should have been handled differently and he would call me back the next day with a solution (45 min phone call). The next day rolls around and no call from Eric. I call again Sunday to give him some time and neither Gabriel or Eric were working. I had to repeat my story again and the manager told me that they had to handle it and not him. Gabe would be working Friday and would call me. I said i would be on vacation and hard to reach can you please tell me how I can reach Gabe and he said to call the store. I get a call from Gabe Friday while I’m mid skiing and was furious that I’ve spent so many hours trying to reach her and I’m in a bad cell area. She assured me she’d be working until 7p. Not only did i get out on hold with the store for 30 mins to be hung up on, i had to explain my story 4 more times to support and to have their calls be ignored by the store.I then contacted corporate and they told me there is nothing they can do and that it is something I’d have to work out with the store that’s now ignoring me. Gabriel had texted me from her personal phone apologizing and that the head of the store David would call me. I’ve received no phone call, spent hours out of my vacation crying hysterically to be retriggered that I’ve lost my text from my dad. Apple brought in $383 billion dollars last year and for some reason they can’t seem to figure out how to compensate me for this inconvenience.I hope those that are reading this don’t have the same issue and have better customer service. I don’t recommend coming to this location because they are unhelpful and will just ignore you. I was nothing but nice up until Friday phone call because of the hours and frustration I’ve put into this. I’m very disappointed with Eric, Gabe and David.

Unfortunate negative experience at the Apple Store. It's disappointing that they upcharged my card without proper communication. The lack of accountability and dismissal of the issue during my call is concerning. Mentioning the importance of transparency in pricing and customer communication in this review may help others be cautious when dealing with this store.
