My Property Manager used them to rebuild our porch/deck and stairs. The work was quick and the workers were professional. It was a joy to watch professionalism and quality at work.

Apparently they're very picky when it comes to the hiring process, I've applied basically 8 times when they where hiring for positions that said "no experience needed " in the application, never heard a word back. Tried again a few months ago, same thing no response. So I would not recommend applying for this company unless you meet their actual requirements.

We went with Homeway for our new home and it has been nothing but a HUGE costly mistake. I encourage anyone thinking about using this company to strongly do your research before settling. They offered us a $100 gift card to change our review on our $300,000.00 plus mistake, I won't mislead anyone reading these reviews for any amount. Recently reached out to Homeway Homes and was contacted by Jason Berger. After many emails with him promptly answering my questions as I am not well informed about new construction we met and he was absolutely very pleasant and professional. We are in the very preliminary stages of our project but I feel he will be a great asset to us. He understands our budget and has given many great ideas to keep us in the range and still end up with a beautiful home. I look forward to working with him.

We lost everything in a house fire this past October 15, 2021. We had no answers what was next, because of the shock.
My husband, Tom called Homeway Homes, because we weren't able to rebuild ourselves.
He talked with Jason Berger, Home Consultant and that is where our new beginning started. *****
Jason was very supportive and worked at a fast pace with our insurance adjuster and us to get everything in order to get our house ready to be rebuilt by Homeway Homes. Yes, Homeway Homes not only builds on new lots, they can also build on existing foundations from a catastrophy such as ours. There houses are everything and more.
Jason was right there with us designing house plans to work on our original foundation. Jason got outside estimates for everything. The Model Home Center and Gallery has everything organized to help home buyers make their choices and decisions. Jason made our journey so much easier.
We were also fortunate to have several Homeway representatives greet us with their utmost sincerity.
We are so ready to have our home back soon.

Beautiful homes to tour!! This company gives you the opportunity to see the homes they build in person. Super helpful consultants that give you lots of information to consider. You pick the finishes and you can customize everything. It was a great experience!

Our representative, Jason Berger, is very easy to work with, knowledgeable of the products we are looking for and prepared in advance so our meetings are productive. Home way homes are custom built homes. They are built in a temperature controlled environment. You choose all the features you want on sight!! They build your home as though you are family with care and professionalism!! We couldn’t be happier with our home!!

I started out with another company to build my custom home. Within a couple weeks they wanted a commitment and money along with charging for any changes. I then found Homeway Homes. They worked with me over a couple months helping me design our custom home. We came to a solution that meet both our needs. Homeway Homes then built and deliver ahead a schedule a top quality home. They delivered the best craftsmanship I have not seen in a long time. We are really happy with the quality work inside.

When we started the process of deciding on buying or building a home we took a trip to Homeway just to take a look and ended up falling in love with the company (and the Camden floor plan). It is such a streamlined, efficient, quality way to build a home, especially in today's world of supply chain and worker issues, Homeway seems untouched, our new home will be ready in 8 - 10 months! Jason Berger has helped us since the first day we stepped into the model home center. He has been so knowledgeable, helpful and always positive & pleasant while making all of our changes to the floorplan even though I had originally said "I want it just like the model"!
