“Washington staff is very nice. CEFCU is a good credit union in the area. Will give it a 4 star rating. The only complaint I have is that if you have a credit card with CEFCU, fraud alerts happen way too frequently for credit card purchases. If you do not opt in for approving/denying purchases from your phone/app , it is a serious annoyance to have to get ahold of CEFCU over the phone to get your card turned back on. I have had to do this over 20 plus times, no exageration on that number. I appreciate the security department, but that is a serious issue that needs to be reevaluated for people who do not want to opt in to the notifications.”

“I have had some issues with customer service at this location-and others for that matter-but since the new virtual teller system has been in place things just seem to have gotten better!! The remaining staff at this location have been very nice over the past several months so victory via economics!!”
