Entire staff was very helpful and very professional! I'm not tech savvy and they were so helpful and didn't make me feel like a phone idiot! I HIGHLY recommend this store and give major kudos to Verizon for allowing this great team to represent them. I was warned years ago not to use this store but let me tell you they have wiped out all the bad and have added #1 representatives of Verizon. I HIGHLY recommended this store!!!!!! Thank you for all you did to make my transition to a more updated phone such an easy transition.

My parents went to get my dads sim card transferred to his new phone. He was going from an S4 to an S6, first of all the gentleman in the store questioned them about where they got the phones from, and that if it were locked he couldn't do anything about it. I purchased this phone online specifically with a Verizon plan, so I knew for a fact it wasn't locked. The sales rep also told them once he deactivated my dads S4 that we wouldn't be able to do anything with it, but FAILED to assist or even tell him about the Samsung Switch app to transfer his data to his new phone, so he had to do it by hand.

left this store very happy with my time here. Had an issue with my I pad the other store had sold me . I really wish I had just come here all along I came back in here however I did get both of my iPhones here from deandre and Travis and was very happy with my service here.

BEWARE This is a third party retailer, NOT a Verizon Wireless store. They lied about pricing, lied about the return policy and were completely disrespectful when confronted with the errors. Almost 3 months later and we still have not gotten our account settled. Ironically every trip to the store included other customers complaining about errors to their account. My husband spent several hours trying to get our money back and get the account corrected. Verizon still has my phone as unable to receive an upgrade. I would AVOID this store at all costs.

came here and got my iphone x and a jet pack I loved my time here the sales rep Travis was very helpful and making sure I understood my products and actually helped me lower my bill. I love this store every time I come in Travis always checks to see if he can save me money instead of selling me something before I even ask him about and upgrade . My family and I only Deal with him. I prefer to drive 30 miles from Clinton driving past 4 other Verizon's to do my shopping here with Travis.

Had a wonderful time here in this store they helped my father who is 80 completely understand his phone loved our sales rep Travis. This was so refreshing and made me trust Verizon again after several horrible trips to the store in Forsyth. I felt like Travis really cared about us. That kid in my opinion should be in charge

Great Customer Service .All the employees were very knowledgeable and helpful.. They took time to set up our devices and transfer our information. They went over our bill and cost line by line with us as well ..
