1 cashier, 8+ people in line behind us also revolting about the lack of cashiers while throughout the store clerks are walking around with cellphone in hand not even acknowledging we are there shopping! HATE GOING THERE, PLEASE BRING BACK Kmart!!!

Fri , may 3 . Needed a phone activated, I had bought the phone a year ago at Walmart, I didn't know how to reactivate it, girl at electronics department said she couldn't do it but I could use their phone to do it myself, I am hard of hearing. Still she wouldn't help me while she herself was playing on her on phone. This was Walmart in Mt Zion il.i was upset and said I'd just go to the other Walmart in Forsyth il and get them to help me, the guy at that Walmart said he couldn't activate phones after 6:00pm. Obviously Mt Zion called Forsyth and told them I was upset with their service so he wouldn't help me either. IV never been treated so lousy by employees. They need to do their job . I personally work with people and would never treat them that way.

The employees working in the Bakery are incompetent. Not sure of a nicer way to say it.
I placed a cake order over the phone directly with the cake decorator. I very clearly said pick up on April 24th at 3pm. She even repeated it back correctly but still managed to put the wrong date down for pick up. When we arrived to pick it up the cake it simply wasn't made. The three female employees working in the Bakery argued with my husband that we ordered it for Saturday and refused to do anything bc the date on the order was for Saturday. They acted like we were lying about the date or something.. I called management and spoke to Tom. He was very nice and apologetic. He offered for the Bakery to make the cake I ordered and have it ready the next day for free. Even though it would be the day after my birthday I agreed to pick it up and thanked him. When we arrived to pick it up it wasn't correct. I ordered the Perfectly Princess cake on their website as pictured. It has a lighter pink shade on the top layer. The cake they made for me was all one shade of light pink. When I called Bakery management Lakesha had an attitude on the phone and the other employee was laughing in the background when handing the phone off to her. This review aside, the cake was for my birthday and it was disappointing.

Friendly people at the door. If there are no riding carts available. You are on your own. I have difficulty walking most days. The greeter was rude and unwilling to help with the situation. I drove 45 minutes from my town to get there. I was unable to shop and left in tears. My grandmother retired from the Walmart in Mattoon IL. She would have never made someone cry and leave the store. I could have waited had I known someone would eventually brought me a riding cart. But the greeter refused to ask anyone to help me.
