Doesn't matter if you sign up for an appointment for Covid 19 vaccine. They take walk ins before you, even when they came in after you. Pharmacy staff act like you are the problem if you ask them why other people are being seen before you. Pharmacist gave vague instructions to get in line behind other people who were waiting for shot. So I did. They never called me to come up for my paperwork. When I went to inquire, they gave me paperwork but insisted there were people before me. There actually had been one person before me. But nurse? made me wait until last to get my vaccine. Not a big deal in the scheme of things but poor service, poor communication, and poor attitude. Long story short, don't bother making an appointment to get Covid-19 vaccine. Just walk in.

48 walgreens is ghetto. I spent 20 minutes in drive through line window for them to send a note through the machine that their drive through was down because their phones were down.. then another 15 minutes in line inside for them to not have my prescription filled.. the lady told me to call to check if it was filled later.. THE PHONES ARE DOWN SO I CANNOT CALL. My prescription is an inhaler and extremely important. After today you won't catch me at 48. So sad to see what it has become.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely pathetic pharmacy. Not one person working in the pharmacy knows how to provide customer service. And they don't care if you have a bad experience. Worst ever.

Poor customer service, on the sales floor. People on the floor act like you are a problem just for asking where something is . I'm talking about the 2 men that work there. They need to be fired. One actually lays on the floor when he put stuff away . So Professional right ?

The pharmacist was very helpful even though it was time for her to have her break for dinner. It did take a while to get our medications but that's to be expected.

Just a nightmare at the pharmacy had been for a while now. I put a prescription in to be filled 3 days ago and still had to wait 15 min for them to fill it was basically told they are to busy and they wont actually fill the prescription till u come in. Ridiculous walgreens time to figure out a better system for the pharmacy. I'm looking for a new pharmacy now refuse to keep going through this last week my husband waited 2 days for an emergency room prescription. Walgreens has really dropped the ball

I got married two years ago and the photographer fell off the face of the earth. I tried everything to get a print release so I could print my wedding photos off. I went into Walgreens to print off pictures for my job and the photo manager (which I didn’t know he was the manager at the time) was assisting me. We got on the subject of canvas pictures and I told him that’s what I wanted to do my wedding photos on. He asked me why I hadn’t done it yet and I explained to him what

Rude pharmacy technicians and slow service. The first medicine called in for my son was not covered by insurance. I was informed when I arrived to pick up another medicine that I would have to contact the doctors office even though the automated message and app said that the pharmacy would take care of it. When we called to check on the new prescription we were told over the phone that it could not be transferred to a pharmacy across town and that it would be ready within an hour. My husband arrived to pick it up after an hour and was informed it would be 20-30 more minutes. After that time had passed we were told it would be another 5-10 minutes. We will not be using Walgreens again.
