Pharmacy is terrible. Everyone I've ever dealt with in there has serious attitude problems and never willing to help out but always willing to get an attitude very quickly. I'll pass.

This location has been my go-to for several years. Yes, the wait is long at times. They always seem to be short-staffed. I have to count my own pills because they've shorted me in the past. One of my medications has changed prices each time I get it filled, yet it's from the same manufacturer and my insurance hasn't changed. The last refill more than doubled. Didn't offer to run it without insurance. Another pharmacy did and presto, the price was cheaper. It's the little things they no longer do. Are they truly short staffed or is the company making them run lean for the sake of profits.

Techs are always rude for one. I drive 10 minutes out of the way to go to CVS because this pharmacy is always slow, messes something up or doesn’t have something in stock. My last and final time using this pharmacy for convenience was today.

I have been picking up my prescriptions at Walgreens in South Shores for quite some time now. The reason I have selected this pharmacy is because it is closest to my house. The service is incredibly slow. You can count on a 10 minute minimum wait in drive-through. Additionally, the employees are often misinformed and lacking proper customer service techniques. I believe this is a reflection of leadership, as management has not been willing to receive any feedback or take corrective action. I will be assigning a new pharmacy soon, and absolutely do not recommend this location.

Scheduled a vaccine with them and when I arrived they stated they ran out that morning. Ok not a big deal but why not tell me before I come all the way in town. She says they are booked through a 3rd party. My thoughts maybe your system and the 3rd party should be on the same page as far as actual availability. I went to book somewhere else and I can still book an appointment through there location for today. Maybe take the time to inform your 3rd party your out of the immunization or don't use a 3rd party if you can't communicate availability to them.

The pharmacy is by far the worst I’ve been to. They didn’t fax over scripts as they told me they would. They wouldn’t run thru GoodRx. The wait time was the longest I’ve ever experienced. I’ll do everything in my power to avoid Walgreens in South Shores

$9.99 for a 4pk of coffee that is $2 everywhere else, including less than 100ft away. Staff acted appalled when I asked if price was correct.

They lost my photos from 7-20-2020. We had to have them reprinted. Today (12-3-2020) they lost my photos from yesterday. Finally found them and wouldn’t take a valid coupon for .10 a photo with 100 photos printed. 156 photos. Got home with photos to discover the ones they gave me were from 7-20. Called them and they told me I could keep them but I would have to pay for them! Returned them and got a partial refund even though the wrong photos were more and they wouldn’t let me use the code for .10 a photo with 100 photos. I had 100 photos. Rude and incompetent.
