Was charged for an activation fee which apparently included set up, cases, and screen protectors. Never put on a case or screen protector. When asked if we'd be charged any other fees on the bill we were told no. Now we are being told new fees for activation from Verizon. They lied to us and arenr doing anything for it.

John at the Mt. Zion location provided fantastic service today. I was a former AT&T customer but have had it with their poor performance and service. John listened to my needs, set me up with a new phone, and made sure all my questions were answered before I left the store. Goodbye AT&T and hello Verizon! Thank you, John.

John at the Maryland location was fantastic, he helped my boyfriend and I get a great deal and was so helpful through the whole process. Couldn’t give more stars but John was a 7/5 stars!!

Didn’t have what I was told they would, but they were able to at least give me some direction on what happened and why it happens and who to call to get some resolve. (Unlike the two other locations in town)Note for the owner- outsourcing all your inbound calls to a third party is causing major communication issues for your customers.

Sales person was very friendly but not forthcoming with complete billing details. Phone insurance was added without our knowledge or consent, and revealed after the fact, only through Verizon billing.

This place is deceitful. Upgraded my phone and they charged a $35 fee which you are made to think is the Verizon upgrade fee...it is not. They did not explain that they charge their own fee for setting up the phone. Shady!!! They also said they couldn't redeem my Verizon Up rewards but all I had to do is go on the app to redeem...not true. Had to call Verizon and was told it must be redeemed at point of sale. Luckily Verizon took care of me and credited my account. Beware...this place is not truthful or upfront about fees. I suggest dealing directly with the Verizon store by the mall or through Verizon online directly. They Should be ashamed of themselves!
