John at the Mt. Zion location provided fantastic service today. I was a former AT&T customer but have had it with their poor performance and service. John listened to my needs, set me up with a new phone, and made sure all my questions were answered before I left the store. Goodbye AT&T and hello Verizon! Thank you, John.

John at the Maryland location was fantastic, he helped my boyfriend and I get a great deal and was so helpful through the whole process. Couldn’t give more stars but John was a 7/5 stars!!

Didn’t have what I was told they would, but they were able to at least give me some direction on what happened and why it happens and who to call to get some resolve.
