Was informed that this facility is not a full service center. I have to pack and wrap my package. The agent was very helpful with providing instructions for packing and several places for materials. Highly recommend them, they are better than the local Post office.

I drove 50 miles to this location to do an Amazon return and I am very pleased with how easy the return process went. Two thumbs up, Great Customer Service!!!

Nobody there but drivers. Package didn't fit in the box so I smashed it. Didn't have time to keep coming back to see when someone may or may not be around when I had a label on the dang thing

Impossible to get in contact with local ups location on Brett Ave. their automated phone service is terrible …dumps the call rudely……along with their unorganized delivery process. Just miserable experiences again and again…Added note: you can’t get in contact with anyone at ups. Looks like they applied their canned response below. They could care less about customers! Horrible service and they could care less.Btw: there is a $20 up charge for address change…what a joke. So when my delivery is in pieces they desperately try to deny fault. But address corrections costs $20 extra.. go figure.

I had a Sephora package that was supposed to be delivered and I got a notification that said it was delivered at 10:15 I was out there by 10:17 and there was no package. I called this facility number and they didn’t even care they just gave me the general 1800 number. It’s 2023 there isn’t a way you can reach out to the driver and ask about the package? Furthermore when I clicked proof of delivery there was no picture at all. Very disappointed!?

People and service are great. Only minus is that if they are handling Amazon returns, they should be able to print return labels. Was told if I didn't have a printer, I would have to go to UPS store, closest is 35 miles away..

Update: Response to "owner" response... I appreciate you responding however, I don't believe my "expectations" are high as all I expected was a body working during posted business hours. I know things have changed but where do we set the bar!?was supposed to reopen at 3 but no employee. Reopened around 30 min late with several people waiting in their cars on a very cold day
