5-27-22 4:06PM - I was in town from Florida on real estate business, the teller, an older blonde woman, and manager, a younger guy with a high pitched voice, would not honor a cashiers check written from a local title company. Their only resolution was "go to the downtown location." I told them I was from out of state and I needed the money to close another deal but they did not care and they seemed to enjoy telling me NO. Because of this my other closing was delayed and I have to travel back to Illinois from Florida again. Also, all the real estate agents involved, the seller, and the construction company all have to wait. I did the math and this act of ZERO customer service cost me about $5,000.

Horrible and rude. Lazy people that were obviously very unhappy with their own lives so they couldn't be bothered to do their job. Male banker up front and a cackling woman in the back.

I wish they had a phone number that could be used to call and ask a general question. I had to spend 23 minutes on the phone just to be told that I would need to go in and speak with someone.
