RP lumber is a great place to purchase all of your building needs. You can purchase that last minute tool you may need also! The manager at the Decatur store is AMAZING! She has the store organized like I have never seen! The yard manager has the whole yard organized and honestly, I have never seen the store look as good as it does now. Everyone that works there is absolutely the greatest. Willing to do whatever it takes to help with your building needs. From getting in that specific product for your business, or helping you with finding something within the store, they are always happy to help out. my hot water heater recently went out (found out it was 30 years old). I called RP Lumber and talked to Mike Delatte. Very friendly and helpful!! He told me where to find out how big my old one was and also made sure I measured the height so that the new one would fit in my space! I was sick at the time and really needed the water heater delivered! He had someone in Lincoln that was heading back to Decatur that afternoon. They put it on the truck, and delivered it to my door!! Could NOT ask for better or more friendly service from Mike! I will definitely be buying more from RP Lumber in the future!!

I have been here twice and have had no issues thus far. The person at the checkout made better recommendations for me based on my budget and the folks in the yard were friendly and actively tried to find me flat/straight boards instead of whatever was on top.

Absolutly Terrible service, I bought their premium lumber and the lumber is junk and has curled and multiple of the pieces of wood have raised So terribly they have broken the screws in half. They will not stand behind their product and make it right. I WOULD NOT BUY THEIR LUMBER AGAIN FOR ANY REASON.
