“Great service and friendly. I get a kick out of the one star review that said they ran out of propane and got mad that they couldn't fill them right away. A wise man once said "Poor planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on mine".”

“I have been doing business with hicks here in Decatur for 17years and they have always treated me with respect. I recently noticed when when I called it did not go directly to the Decatur facility it went to a company call center that never relayed the info to Decatur. I stopped by the Decatur facility and was immediately taken care of and they were so sorry they didn’t know what was going on. I’m glad they are still here in Decatur as they are the only ones I like dealing with. Thank you for the great service.”
