GPS will take you right to if you are using a RM. Go to the back of the lot and park in the gravel. Go see receiving, you went by them on the way in, and check in. They unloaded fairly quick. When they get done they bring paperwork out. You can park in the gravel lot while your getting your next marching orders. They might let you use the facilities if you ask but they are in the break room marked employees only. Over all it's not a bad place.

Do not, I repeat do not come here as an over the road driver. They literally just rejected my load because of 2 tiny pieces of glass. Like it couldn't have simply been removed and then loaded. The guy up front with the nerve, telling me it has to be a completely different trailer, because of 2 pieces of glass. Do not come and pick up for this place. Poor business. Or better yet tell drivers what to expect before we get here. That simple.

They are doing their job. Nothing extra or difficult. It took them to load my trailer about 2hrs. Park your rig in parking area in centre of the lot before you check in. You may able to park there overnight. Make sure you clean your trailer good before you get there. They let you use their restroom. Thanks for that.

They have a gate that opens only at 8 am and you can’t park on the street because it is kind of busy streetBest is reach there after 8 and most probably they might send you to another building 3 miles away

Bad place don’t come here, took all day to get loaded, don’t have communication with the driver 5 hours to get loaded and I was the first one to get a door.

You can not go in side while you are getting unloaded the receptionist was not very hospitable either

In and out in under two hours, probably would not have taken that long if my company gave me the correct pickup number. Also, was loaded within an hour after getting assigned a dock door, but they put the wrong stuff on and had to empty me and reload me. So two hours. Start to finish. Just make sure your trailer is clean, swept out and if you have a refer trailer, make sure its dry before you get there or they will not load you.

This is the worst shipper! They rejected driver's trailer because it had one miniature piece of glass smaller than a dime. The driver cleaned the trailer again and came back, the shipper didn't even want to take a look and said we will not load your trailer here, we need a brand new trailer from the shop. They wasted his all day and not respecting driver's time, effort and trouble!
