If i could give no stars i would. I closed my commercial account and will never return to this location again. 3-4 years ago it was great but now they hire anyone with a pulse. The employees in the evening and weekends yell and cuss at each other talk about people when they walk out eat dinner at the counter but wont help ya. They can’t make change they have no clue about working on cars. I could name off a bunch of people that have closed their accounts and refuse to go back. They need to let everyone go and start over.

Horrible!! I went in for some windshield wipers and a brake light. My friend who is a delivery driver downstate drove up to help me and we waited outside in the cold for 15 or 20 mins before I went inside after paying 62+ and he did the windshield wipers okay, but had no clue how to install the brake light, so he basically gave up and said SORRY yeah sorry alright. I will drive to Auto Zone from now on despite this being closest to me. This auto parts store is a JOKE!!! Unfriendly. poor customer service, and not pleasant at all. I went there several years ago and it was okay, but not now and its pricey for better customer service Ill go to Auto Zone from now on this place is a Joke!!!!

The guy was very nice but was unable to change my light bulb due to the type it is. He did come out and look.

Grateful they were open today! I needed a headlight replacement.Service Tech was so helpful and went above and beyond and even replaced for me!
