The crew there is like the A-team of auto parts - they swoop in, find what you need faster than a pit stop, and if by some miracle they don't have it, they'll work their magic to get it in no time. A friend of mine had a 3rd headlight out on her car. We went in to get a bulb and the employee, Jason, looked it up on the computer. We purchase the bulb he told us and we try to install it before we leave only to see that the bulb won’t go in. We asked for some assistance from Jason, as the bulb would not go into the socket. He proceeds to try and tells us that he also cannot get the bulb in. We ask if maybe it isn’t the right bulb to which he says “that’s just how it’s made” he then says “well you don’t really need the 3rd brake light anyways, just cover it with a piece of tape” we thought it was a joke but he was dead serious, after we just purchased the bulb he told us. He never offered for a refund, to help find the right bulb, just simply went inside.

Usually have a good experience here. I like that the employees are friendly.
