NEVER RENT A STORAGE UNIT FROM NORTHWEST MINI STORAGE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ‼️‼️‼️ & IF WATER DAMAGE HAPPENS IN YOUR CLIMATE CONTROL UNIT FROM THEY ROOF THEY CLAIM THEY CAN’T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT EVEN IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE ??♀️ & WON’T GIVE YOUR DEPOSIT MONEY BACK. I KNOW YOU SUPPOSE TO GIVE A MONTH ADVANCE BEFORE YOU MOVE OUT BUT I DIDN’T KNOW HAVING MY MATTRESSES IN A CLIMATE CONTROL STORAGE COULD GET WATER DAMAGE & It’s FROM THEY ROOF.. My MATTRESSES HAVE MOLD DAMAGE FROM THAT..

So far so good, but we’ve only been “tenants” for a month. The gentleman who helped me was very accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. Rates are very reasonable, and the security gate has a code-in, code-out system so they always know when people come and go.

Bill was super helpful, thorough, and made the process very smooth. He showed me my unit and gave me helpful tips. He was really kind and sweet with my little ones too. I like that the facility has good security features as well!
