Wow, what a difference an owner makes. ME used to care about its patients. Now, the new management just wants to sell stuff with high pressure and poor service.I would really recommend going to Hearing Life. They still believe in patient care. Avoid dealing with ME.

First thoughts were good, after Mom's hearing test opinion changed when the sales pitch started. Asked about insurance X3 and got a different pitch..... At the end was told that insurance didn't cover any but there was a great discount.... I told them that I would research the insurance and get back with them. Was told that these were today only prices.... Was also told that they knew her insurance well, that there were none in her network close to her and copays would be $60-$90 per visit.... Turns out that her insurance covers $2500 per ear and that she can get new ones every 2 yrs if needed. Every hearing aid center in Decatur is IN her network and Miracle Ear is the only that is NOT.......... Zero stars, (can post without at least 1 star) I would think these people are more high pressure sales to confuse the elderly than professionals.....
