Live in Sullivan Illinois. Bought a phone from Metro on Eldorado in Decatur. No service in Sullivan for Metro. I tried to talk To someone from Metro who could help me but I'm told that only the manager can help me. After 4 days and 2 trips to Decatur from Sullivan, was able to talk to Mike, the manager. He said no refund. I cant help you. Rude and no customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!
